ZillowVERIFIEDShane has a fantastic record of professionalism, market knowledge and personality. There was no question that we would use him when it came time to sell our home! He did an excellent job and had our home sold in 24 hrs! We cannot say enough about how happy we were with Shane and our sales experience. If you are selling a home or looking for one, Shane is the man for the job, he will get it done!

ZillowVERIFIED They helped us buy our home, and helped us sell the home. Selling a home to me was most stressful but Shane and his colleges were very helpful and helped ease the stress. I would recommend and use their services if we were to come in need again!

ZillowVERIFIED Shane showed me four houses on my first visit and three weeks later after looking at nearly every other house on the market, he sold me one of those first four. He listened to my wants, needs, and desires and came up with a wonderful fit.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane approached me to sell my home when I was selling it myself. Shane is always the first to reach out, working or personal. Great person and makes you feel at ease.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane did a great job marketing our home. Very knowledgeable about the market, kept us informed throughout the selling process and a great all around experience. I would not hesitate to have Shane handle a sale or to represent us in a purchase of another property.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane did an excellent job in helping me decide which properties best fit my needs, based on what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the properties in my price range in the area I was interested in. Shane was very quick to respond to my requests for looking at properties that I was interested in and helped with any question I had concerning those properties. He also helped when it cam time to make offers on properties that I was interested in and even counter offers on the eventual property that I did purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane is very knowledgeable about real estate. He explained every step in the process of listing our home - we'd never done this before! He used every tool available to get our house out there - Facebook, virtual tours, price contests, Twitter, etc., besides the website and e-mail solicitation. He kept us in the loop with potential buyer responses after showings and we've got an open house scheduled for next week! I'm confident Shane will sell our house in our timeline - he's THE person to get the job done!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shane was a wonderful realtor to work with. When we contacted him he came out within a week to take pictures and did an excellent job of marketing our home through a wide variety of platforms, including Zillow. He was gracious and understanding of our schedule (we operate a business out of town and have two young children on top of that!) and always did his utmost to work around any conflicts that arose. He was communicative and knowledgeable and we always got an answer from him when we needed it and in a timely fashion. He was a great negotiator as well, working hard to get us what we wanted for the home while at the same time being honest and up-front with us on the process. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shane Andersen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
