Review Shane Smith didnt know anything about the house the first time he showed it to us, he was looking on his phone for basic details regarding the house and never sent us the disclosure. He visibly didnt care and didnt try to answer any of our questions. We scheduled an appointment for another house and Zillow automatically linked us with him, we thought we give him another chance, I confirmed the meeting with him twice the day off and we drove an hour to see the house, he texted me 2 minutes before the appointment and canceled the showing. Its the first time I work with someone as non chalant and unprofessional and highly recommend NOT wasting your time working with him.

Review Shane and Amy exceeded all expectations! We saw probably 20+ homes in the month or so that they helped us. We would send an add for a house and a couple hours later we were there seeing it! The house we ended up purchasing was online just minutes when we discovered it. The owners had no intention of showing that same day but Shane contacted them and made it happen and now we have our dream home! We would definitely recommend them and if we ever are in the market again we will definitely hit them up!

Review Shane helped our growing family find a new home. He must have taken us to see 6 properties or more and also answered dozens of questions about other properties. It was nice to work with a realtor who helped us find the right home for us. Once we found our new home Shane helped keep the closing process stress free. He was also able to recommend a home inspector and closing agent who were both amazing to work with. After we bought our new home we enlisted Shane to sell our old home. Once again he was very helpful, but also did not rush the process (it took me awhile to clear the old house out). We wound up with several offers on the house on day 1 and Shane helped us pick the best one. Once again Shane made the process quick, easy, and stress-free. We don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if we did I would work with Shane again in a heartbeat.
