ZillowVERIFIEDShane came in and helped us sell our house after we'd already had 2 other realtors. Where our house was, was almost impossible to sell it. Shane knew this and still came in and worked above and beyond. He answered all texts and calls no matter how silly, and mourned as much as we did when the house fell through 2 different times. He went through the sell and closing of our house (which wasn't ideal and was over a 3 month time span), and was beside us through it all. I honestly couldn't or wouldn't recommend anyone else in that area to help you sell your house, and I still can't thank them enough for all they did. If you're on the fence about someone who's honest, fair, will act like your house was their own, and who will put in the work, please stop looking and give them a try!

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a home with Shane's expert guidance. Shane is very knowledgeable of the area and took time to understand our preferences and needs. He found us a property that is perfect and helped us negotiate an excellent price. Shane continues to provide support with our questions about local maintenance experts. We are extremely happy with our purchase. We recommend Shane without any reservations. He is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a lot on Toledo Bend with Geana's help. She was very professional, quick to respond and just a pleasure to work with. We've even call her after the sell with various questions and she was just as responsive. We would highly recommend her to our family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane Allman is one of the most outstanding young men I have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. Shane was not only my Realtor he made me feel I was a friend, he was always available for my calls and when he was in a meeting he would always immediately respond to with my emails or phone calls. Selling my home was very emotional for me and Shane was very understanding .Shane Alleman is a Professional with a great understanding of not only the property but of his clients, Shane put my interest first and made my first experience in selling a home smooth with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Shane Allman and his staff and I will be using his services in the near future. Thank you Shane Allman and staff.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane and Christy took a lot of time with us and gave us the attention we needed to sell our family home helping us to understand the market in a different state than our residence. From beginning to end they provided a wealth of information and support to make the process smooth and as beneficial as possible. Shane and Christy were always there to help with unexpected issues along the way and it was a pleasure to work with them both. We cant thank them enough for selling our lake home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane Allman and his wife are both consummate professionals. His staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Shane listens and provides excellent advice. He knows the area and the people, and he knows what people are looking for in a lake home. I can't complement him enough. It was a sincere pleasure doing business with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane will be our overwhelming number one choice when we sell our current home. He did an outstanding job previously selling our parents home. He has been a local resident for many years and certainly knows the area and handled the entire selling process without a single glitch. We received a fair price on our previous sale considering the location, economy and property's age. He and his staff were all highly responsive to our questions and returned our inquiries quickly. They are easy to deal with, always being very professional, courteous and prompt. They certainly will be our agent again when we need to move on.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane did an excellent job of working with our desires and finding us just the right house. We told him what we were looking for and he sent us several listing and we ended up buying one that wasn't even on the market yet. He did a good job of representing us in the negotiations and handled the paperwork like a pro. I have never worked with a better real estate agent as him. He has even helped after the sale so if you ware looking for homes in the Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend area give him a chance you won't be sorry.
