I was amazed by the effort Shandy put into selling my home. It felt like I was her only client. I live in another state and worried about managing all the repairs that were needed. She brought in a skilled painter and plumber to rehab what was needed. She even did some of the work herself! I have dealt with many realtors in the past and she is by far the best. 5 stars are not enough!

Shandy was phenomenal! I was referred to her by another member of the community who said she was great and they weren't wrong. At the time I was selling my home in Oregon to come back to Lake County. Shandy was there during that whole process as well as checking out properties here for me, submitting offers, the whole bit. Once I got down here she met me literally the next day to show a property that was "the one." We closed in about 25 days. I recommend Shandy for any of your real estate needs. Buying? Selling? Got me over asking in under 3 days on the market, responsive to my needs even after the sale! Shandy hired an amazing photographer who tools what I can only describe as home glamor shots, she marketed my home in such a way that it brought in exactly the kind of buyer that my house was for (a first time home buyer family). Overall I would use her again but we sold our home to move from the area. I have recommended to numerous friends.
