Shandrika Powell is an amazing person and realtor. We needed to sell our two story home and purchase one that was wheelchair friendly and ADA compliant. We received great advice and assistance getting our home ready for sale. Shandrika worked her magic as an interior designer and selected all the items needed to make our home ready to sell. She coordinated all the contractors for the small projects that needed to be completed. Wr are so grateful that she made the process stress free for us. I was not expecting any realtor to provide this level of service. When we purchased our one story home, she got the contractors out to our new home and worked with them to make changes to the new home to ensure it was easily navigable by wheelchair. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. She truly cares about her clients and I love that she combines her talents as an interior designer to assist people selling and buying homes. She is a kind and caring person who loves her work. I am truly grateful that we were able to have her as our realtor for our home sale and purchase. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Throughout my adult years, my wife and I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As our family began to grow, we recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home.
