ZillowVERIFIED Shanda was a trooper in getting our house sold for us! Despite having to deal with a third party relocation company, Shanda was able to make the process smooth and quick. She really went above and beyond during the closing process and I cannot recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Shanda was so helpful from beginning to end. I had no idea what to do and she answered all of my questions. I live far away from the property I sold and it was so quick and easy. Shanda took great care of everything. Thank you Shanda for making this so easy for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Shanda went the extra mile to get the house sold when we couldn't physically be there. From cleaning up to staging to running paperwork around the state, she did whatever it took. We are forever grateful for all her hard work, dedication and help for getting this house sold. It wasn't easy. She's a pro!
