Review Shanazar was a great agent. She is very knowledgeable and helped me become a homeowner. She promptly answered all my questions and she was there through every step of the process guiding me through. She encouraged me to get out there and start looking for houses even when I didn't think I was ready. She helped me buy my house and I'm grateful to her.

Review I looked her up when I was considering moving to Baltimore, things didnt go as planned. So I decided to stay in Waldorf and reached out to her to help me find a house to rent. She was very helpful and assisted me with everything, from showing the houses to helping with application process. I could reach her anytime. Sadly, didnt get what I wanted. However, I will be reaching out in a year.

Review I work with hundreds of agents in the Baltimore area, because our firm is endorsed by most agencies for homeowner insurance services & needs. It's my personal opinion and experience that Shanazar is an exception in her field. She has the "it" factor. Just ask any of her past and current clients, they adore Shanazar, because she not only cares about each and everyone, but she's knows what she's doing. She's a true professional, and her follow-up is relentless, which is such an important quality to have in this industry. Her clients refer everyone to Shanazar, because they only want the best for those they love and care about. I highly encourage all to reach out to Shanazar, and use her as your home buying or selling resource, you will notice almost immediately that she's got something magical, that separates her from the pack.

Review Shanazar was referred to me to list my newly renovated home. She worked with me on pricing and negotiation strategy with the result that I received an offer within three weeks. It has been over twenty years since I sold a house, and I had forgotten how much work a listing agent does to see the deal through. Shanazar is very pleasant to work with and I look forward to a successful closing in a few weeks.
