ZillowVERIFIEDI feel so lucky to have found Shana when my husband and I decided to move to Newport. We moved from NYC and only visited a few times so we didn't know much about the area. And, we were also first time home buyers. Shana is incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market and the Newport area. She goes above and beyond for her clients and truly looks out for their best interest during the entire process. I cannot recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED It was stressful buying a house during this pandemic. Shana went out of her way to help me navigate the process and made sure I was happy with the home I decided to purchase. My home is a new build and Shana drove me to the Stone vendor so that I could select an upgrade to the granite counters that were to be installed by builder. That act was not expected, but was appreciated. That is just one example of what she did to relieve my stress and make sure that I got what I wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana was recommended to me by someone I knew who had just bought a home. I had to sell my Newport home as well as purchase a condo off Aquidneck Island. I live alone, so the process was a bit daunting. Shana gave me some tips to get my home ready for sale. She also forwarded me links of condos to review. She did extensive market research on homes that sold near me to find a higher-than-expected asking price for my home. Within 24 hours we had 2 offers on the table. I was able to accept an offer higher than what I was asking for. With a goal date of the closing, we were able to make an offer on a condo. I had both closings on the same day in the morning, then had the movers unload my things into my condo that afternoon. It was a very exciting day for me! Shana made the process go smoothly for me for buying & selling a home by myself.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought real estate in an area that I wasn't familiar with, while overseas. Shana was great. Customer service was excellent before, during, and after the purchase. She helps you settle in, too! I would highly recommend Shana. I will be contacting her in the future for my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana is a fantastic realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable in the business, as well as the different areas of Rhode Island. I purchased my house from out of state, and she did a great job with providing videos, and virtual tours and walkthroughs. She also made everything super easy when providing documents to sign. Overall I would highly recommend her, and I will definitely use her as my selling agent when I am ready to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana patiently showed us homes through our eventual purchase. She understood our wants and needs during our search and showed relevant homes. When purchasing she kept us in the loop and stayed with us through the final signatures.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana is absolutely amazing. I purchased my first home with her and she made the process so easy. She explained everything step by step and she even told me when a home was a great price but knew that it wouldn't be the one for me. Shana was honest, responsive, and not just out there for the sale. She has my trust and business from here on out! Shana will forever be my realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Shana helped me buy a home in Middletown, RI. From the first day she was amazing! She is a pinnacle professional. She will do the research before showing properties (and even make a nice bound packet for you to have), has lots of great local contacts (loan broker, contractor, inspector, etc), is extremely friendly and best of all manages to make what is normally a very stressful experience a very easy one! I absolutely do not hesitate to give Shana my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED Shana was very diligent in setting up appointments to visit properties, and accommodating my schedule, which was often not easy to do. Shana has a great network of professionals in the Newport area, and was able to get my questions answered quickly about costs of repairs and upgrades. I definitely recommend Shana to anyone looking for a home in Newport.
