ZillowVERIFIED Shana was amazing! Her dedication to helping us find our home was instrumental during this tough, competitive market. She worked with our busy schedules and was flexible enough to give us every opportunity we needed to stay active in the market. Shanas expertise and opinions not only taught us how to navigate the markets but also gave us insight to our own home preferences. Her negotiating skills allowed us to close on the property early and sped up the move in process! If were ever in the market again, Shana Kamtz is who were calling.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana was awesome! She came to me highly recommended by my friends, who also had her as an agent. I was in Wisconsin and not able to go on all of the open house tours. She helped me understand the process. This was my first experience buying a house. I had a million questions and was quite nervous. She always got right back to me. Shana was very patient and explained everything to me in detail. She walked me through every step. After the sale, she continued to answer questions and support me on my new journey. I am now in the house of my dreams! I couldn't be more grateful to Shana for her knowledge and kindness. I would definitely recommend Shana to anyone and everyone! She's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Shana listened to our wants and then prioritized our limited time to search ( coming from out of town). We were able to quickly focus and find a home we loved. She helped in closing even though we were making an out of town purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED This guy is pretty awesome, he worked with me through a tough time in my life and made buying my house easy. After a few short conversations he knew exactly what I wanted in a house and guided me to appropriate properties. Even after finding the home he helped me through all of the paperwork when I could not be there to do everything myself, during his vacation time as well.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second time Shana represented us; the first was as buyers when we moved to ABQ five years ago and then recently as sellers on a very constrained timeline, when she sold our house in five days. She and her team--especially Transaction Coordinator Trish Lewis--are cordial, efficient, empathetic, knowledgeable and well-connected. Our buyer had an aggressive inspection regime and they kept us informed and encouraged every step along the way. My highest endorsement is that when my new boss moved to town, I connected him with Shana because I knew she'd make me look like a genius, and she did. You can't do better than the Kamtz team.

ZillowVERIFIED Over the last five decades we have purchased or sold over 50 pieces of real estate in Colorado, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, and Albuquerque. Without a doubt Shana was the most effective, efficient, responsive and smart agent that we have ever dealt with. She has a full knowledge of the market, which properties are fairly priced and how to close a deal. We would use her again in a heartbeat. She was professional, caring and wonderful to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana and her husband were extremely helpful in finding me a home or the area I wanted to live in Albuquerque. I am moving back to New Mexico so we did everything via phone and texting long distance. She showed me a number of homes I like until we found "the one"! She was patient with me and helped me navigate as a 1st time home buyer also! She explained everything and reassured me when I was feeling uneasy. She made the entire experience painless! Her team was also excellent answering any questions I had. I am very excited about moving into my new home soon and once again living in the land of enchantment, in my own home with my own secret garden off my bedroom patio! I highly recommend Shana Katmz!

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler is a very good agent to work with! He provided me with the knowledge I needed going into this process and answering any questions I had along the way. He is a not a, "beat-around-the-bush" kind of person. He will tell you how it is and what steps to take next. Tyler is very concise with his delivery and will do anything within his power to ensure the job gets done. He went above and beyond many times throughout the process to ensure I had the best deal I could get. Even after having closed, he still answers any questions I have. If he doesn't have the answer at that exact moment, he will have an answer for you before the end of the day. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will certainly be looking forward to working with him again if and when I ever decide to get a new house or sell mine. ROCK ON KAMTZ TEAM!

ZillowVERIFIED Shana was my eyes and ears as I could not be present during the sale of my home. Her responsiveness was exactly what I needed, answering all my questions so I had a strong grasp of how things were progressing in getting the home ready to sell and then updates on how the home was showing. Pricing information was excellent.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana is an absolute treasure! She was highly recommended to us and she still exceeded our expectations. She used the information that we provided to help design the perfect search for us. Then she used our feedback from each house we saw to refine our search until it was spot on. Her knowledge of the area was impeccable. When we had questions, she had solid answers tailored to our familys needs. She made sure that we had loads of information so that our decisions could weigh all of the facts. She and Tyler understand just how important that the home search is for a family. Working with Shana feels less like a purchase and more like a journey with a knowledgable friend. I cant recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana and her hysband Tyler helped us tirelessly in finding and purchasing our new home and then selling our previous home. It took us quite a while of visiting likely homes before finding our new home and sometimes it's the small things that are beyond what one would expect from their realtor. Shana and Tyler even helped with some yard work before putting our home to sell on the market. Shana and Tyler excelled in the purchase and selling of our homes. We sincerely will recomend Shana to everyone who is in the real estate market, whether buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana Kamtz is truly an exceptional agent to work with. Shanas knowledge about the market is impressive. She moved quickly to get the home selling process started - we had open house and multiple viewings set up in no time. Once we started to receive offers, Shana guided us through that process and we were under contract seamlessly. Once we were under contract we ran into a few issues (a water pipe busted) and Shanas support and responsiveness helped us get through the repair process and stay on track to meet our closing date. Shanas commitment to making sure her clients feel well taken care of and her attention to detail are unmatched, I would highly recommend her for your buying/selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED This is our 2nd property we hired Shana to help us purchase, it was a 1031 exchange. We used the exchange accommodator that Shana recommended, and they were fantastic. Shana also provided a list of home inspectors they work with regularly, and again the person we hired was great. Her assistant Trish was also very pleasant to work with. Shana made the whole process seem to run smoothly, despite the stress of a back to back exchange (we found our replacement property quickly). It was great to get to know Shana better; she was professional, courteous, always had timely communication, and we knew we were in great hands! We highly recommend Shana for all your real estate needs!

Recently I had to sell my mothers home so naturally I called Shana. She is very knowledgeable and is there every step of the way answering questions or concerns promptly. Shana also keeps you updated and informed throughout the process. When things dont go as planned she resolves issues quickly and professionally. She negotiates well for her clients and works hard to make sure the process is smooth and quick. I will continue to use Shana for all my realty needs and also recommend her to friends and family. ZillowVERIFIED Due to a job change, my husband and I were moving to New Mexico. We lived in Wisconsin so we made plans to visit NM over Memorial Day weekend with the sole goal of finding a house. By the luck of the draw, we were connected with Shana when we submitted a request online to schedule a viewing of a house we found while researching homes in the area. Not sure how we got so lucky but Shana was nothing less than fantastic! She spoke with us and kept in touch before we traveled down and while we were in town she took time out of her Memorial Day weekend to arrange showings for over a dozen homes. Very quickly she got to know our tastes and preferences and was able to provide extremely valuable insight on the area and NM in general. The net result was we found our dream home on day 2, had an offer in on day 4, and an accepted offer by day 5! After that, Shana and her team stayed very involved. Since we were back in WI, they arranged for and participated on all the inspections and walk-throughs. They connected us with all the local utilities so we could get set up. And, they took care of everything else, which alleviated so much stress off us. Especially since we were working on packing up our home in WI! All in all, I'm not sure how we would've done it without her. I'm not sure what I expected when we started our search for a home out of state but Shana was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent and I'm extremely grateful we connected with her. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED My home buying experience was amazing. I was an out of state buyer and Shana showed me several houses on one day. Ended up putting in a couple of bids and the home I bought was the lone bid accepted. She gave me confidence and trust in the process since I was an out of state buyer. She went above and beyond for me as I was a little skeptical being an out of state buyer and she was there for me when I couldn't be there for the inspection, appraisal, etc. Thanks to Shana I'm a New Mexican...lol.

ZillowVERIFIED Shana was simply amazing! My wife and I reached out to Shana back in September to see if shed be a good fit for us and were immediately impressed, and at ease, that she was the realtor for us. Our experience with her over the past couple of weeks/months proved, without a shadow of a doubt, that we made the right decision in choosing her as the realtor to help us find the right home for us (and our future), as first time home buyers. From finding homes for us to view, to giving us her honest assessment of them, to helping her identify a competitive offer, to walking us through all the steps of closing (both ensuring we knew what to expect, and keeping us updated on whats next), Shana was responsive, available, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. Ill also add that she knew the market/area well enough to give us a good sense, from the start, of how compatible our needs/parameters were with our max price. I highly recommend Shana for anyone looking for a realtor, and will be going with her again (without hesitation), if my family decides to buy again!
