I'm Shana Clarke. I have been in the real estate world for almost a decade. I started out in the mortgage side of things as a Post Closer. Then I became a real estate photographer (which I still am). And back in March 2021, I became a licensed Realtor. I work hard for my clients. I do not take short cuts. I have extensive knowledge on how to market a property to sell quick and for top dollar. I negotiate for my client's best interests. I create a solid game plan for both my buyers and sellers that lay out wants and needs, requirements, and timelines.
