ZillowVERIFIEDShamus and his team are experts & professionals!! They not only look over every step of home buying, but they also hand hold each item that needs to be looked after - from the contract, to setting up utilities! Shamus Greene and his team are knowledgeable and industry-leading experts in Louisville's Real Estate market. I am certain, without their guidance the stars wouldn't have aligned nearly as perfect as they did for my home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Shamus Greene and his team (Ashley Langford) have been a pleasure to work with throughout selling our home. We heard many horror stories regarding other realtors. We were apprehensive about using a realtor to sell our home. After experiencing.the excellent communication, timely response, organizational process, and helpful insight, we now would highly recommend Shamus Greene and his team if you are buying or selling a home. They are truly professional and pleasant.

From our initial meeting, prior to listing, through the final closing, both were readily available at any time. Each step of the process was explained in great detail making for a stress free transaction. Would highly recommend for your real estate needs and will use again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Enough good things can't be said about Denise, Ashley, and the Shamus Greene Realty team! As someone who was both buying and selling at the same time, to say that things were stressful is an understatement! The team made sure all my questions were answered, the process went smoothly for both transactions, and the closings on each house were timed perfectly. I can't thank them enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Shamus is hands down the hardest working and most skilled real estate professional weve ever encountered. We have worked with Shamus three times in the past 2 years. 1) The sale of our home - We had unsuccessfully attempted to sell our home prior to hiring Shamus. His team helped us with recommendations, staging and appropriate pricing. With Shamus, our home that sat unsold with other realtors for over a year, sold within days! 2) The purchase of our new home - Shamus was excellent throughout negotiations as we worked with difficult sellers. Without Shamus, I'm not confident we would be in our dream home now. 3) The purchase of a vacation home - Shamus represented us as the buying agent. It would have been easy to recommend we work with another realtor. The home was difficult to finance, the lenders were unresponsive, low commission/lower priced and out of town. Despite this, Shamus never made us feel like our purchase wasnt a priority. His team (thanks Claire!) worked tirelessly to get the loan closed. He has earned our business, and our referral for life.

ZillowVERIFIED Shamus Greene is a great company to work with. The people are very accommodating and helpful. I like how prompt they respond whenever I have questions from the time I was just starting to look for the house til the closing. I am very impressed that I can still get a reply even if it is already late or too early in the morning to send a message to ask something. To sum it up, I very much recommend this company, it is not the type of company that kind of pushing you to buy a house immediately. They are very patient and very willing to wait til you are ready and til you find your perfect house.

ZillowVERIFIED Today, the world has lost value for good Customer Care. Shamus is different and understands that. He actually cares about how you feel and immediately addresses any concerns that you may have. Don't hesitate for a second to contract with Shamus. His focus and dedication to making sure that you are happy far exceeded our expectation. He is a strong soldier in bringing back superior customer service to the world void of it. My wife and I are extremely happy with our choices that we made which all started with a phone call to the Realtor who sold the house down the street. His name was Shamus Greene, a real professional taking care of business.

ZillowVERIFIED She takes the time to find out what you want. She put forth amazing effort to get me into the right house. We saw over 10 houses from Taylorsville to Brooks to Bardstown. She came up with options such as building on property and new and dated homes. She likes what she is doing iits easy to tell.

ZillowVERIFIED Moving from out-of-state is more stressful (this is our 6th move) and more complex than a local move. I have to say Shamus and his team were amazing. I will not hesitate to use him again, assuming there is a 7th move - but I hope not because I love the house that he found us! Thank you Shamus Greene!

ZillowVERIFIED Shamus is a professional in every sense of the word. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to have him as our Real Estate Agent. Not only did he guide us with helpful advice on countless homes until we found a perfect fit for our needs, but Shamus' fortitude and energy helped keep my wife and I motivated to persist until we found our current home, which we have absolutely fallen in love with. An additional bonus to that is the outstanding support team that Shamus has in his wings helped to make the buying process rather seamless. I really appreciate everything that Shamus did for us. Needless to say, I highly recommend using Shamus as your next Real Estate Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C)e and I went to Shamus looking for a condo or small home in Louisville. We met with him and another realtor names Wendy at their office on a Sunday, which was pretty great that they were willing to meet with us on their day off. We met with them and in about 2 hours they explained everything to us. We mentioned the condo my fiancA(C)e had found specifically and they were going to keep us in the loop about it. 2 days later we got a phone call that we needed to see it immediately if we wanted to make an offer on it. At 6:45 on a Tuesday we met Wendy at the condo, we loved it and decided to make an offer. The offer had to be in by 8:30 and Shamus met us at 7:45 that evening. We submitted everything by 8:24 and we won! We were so excited and I was amazed at Shamus's speed and confidence with what we were doing. He was very quick and really great at what he did for us.

He was always positive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make things happen.

ZillowVERIFIED I simply cannot say enough good things about working with Shamus. He gets you into the properties you want to see quickly, he does an excellent job of pointing out the pros and cons of the properties, and he never pressures you or tries to "close a deal." He genuinely wants to put you in a house you love and is willing to work with you until that happens. He sat through a failed seven-month short sale with me, continued showing me houses for months, went through multiple offers, and finally negotiated me into the most perfect house I could imagine for me. It took over a year, but he never once got impatient or failed to work to get me the best deal on a house. The bonus is that Shamus is fun, funny, and charismatic, making the buying process a joy instead of a burden. Thank you, Shamus, you are the absolute best!

ZillowVERIFIED Shamos Greene was referred to us by friends. We took the chance on him and I'm glad we did. He surpassed all our expectations in a realtor and now I can also call him a friend. He will not just tell you what you want to hear, he is upfront and honest and at the end of the day that's what we needed when selling our previous home and on the purchase of our new home. I would highly recommend Shamos Greene.

ZillowVERIFIED Shamus was incredible! We had a very lengthy process and looked at house after house. He never rushed us and let us take our time with everything. His patience and understanding were a blessing for us, as we didn't know much about the process and had a ton to learn. Shamus was very informative! Without his help and guiding us to the house we bought I honestly don't think we'd be happier any where else. Thank you Shamus, we really couldn't have done it without you!

ZillowVERIFIED Shamus was always attentive and showed me the utmost respect and courtesy even if I was having a rough time understanding the process, the lingo used, or anything relating to money didn't seem right. He made sure that I was well taken care of in his absence. He talked to me in terms that I could understand being that this was my first home. He was always prompt in getting back to me if I had a question - morning, noon, or night I didn't have to wait long at all for a helpful response. He made the stress of buying a new (first) home as painless as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time buyers and very little knowledge of how things go shamus was more then we could ask for!!!! We hit many bumps in the road from problems with financing, too getting out of a contract on a short sale and finally getting us into our perfect starter home. We now have a great place to raise our daughter, expand our family, and make many memories until we decide to move again. We look forward to working with mr. Greene again in the future. Not only is he great at his job but he is a great person a family man, and a trustworthy individual. Two thumbs up for shamus!!!

He is real, and doesn't sugar coat anything when it comes to the sale or purchase of a home. He is as real as they come. Some realtors will blow smoke, and inflate ideas about your sale, or purchase, but not Shamus. This guy knows what he is talking about.
