ZillowVERIFIED On a whim we contacted Shae last summer when we wanted to check out a house that was listed for sale. Once we saw the house we realized that it wasnt our forever home. Although we were bummed we also knew we had some things that needed taken care of before we were able to list our first home for sale. In talking with Shae we found out that she was willing to come take a look to give us an idea of what needed done prior to listing. To our surprise the list was much smaller than we realized. Our dream was always to build but we didnt know how to go about starting that process. Shae explained that she could help us get the process started. Before we knew it our house was listed and sold. We had a floor plan finalized with the builder and they began building the house. We needed a place to rent until our house was ready, she even helped us with that task! Shae was amazing throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions very timely. If it werent for Shae and kwELITE we wouldnt be enjoying our dream home already. From the experience,knowledge, moving truck, professional photography, drone footage, home warranty and many other amenities that kwELITE has to offer we knew we had picked an exceptional realtor and reality group. Our first home purchase was nothing like this experience which is really saying something considering we sold our house in the midst of a pandemic. Our 6 year old summed it up best on the first night in our new home...aEUR?I am really gonna miss her!!aEUR? She thought Shae was coming to live with us in our new house and was heartbroken when she realized that Shae had a family of her own. ZillowVERIFIED How I met Shae was actually through zillow I seen the property on Zillow and we wanted to go see the property so we talked to Zillow and they connected us with Shae. This is the first time I was buying a home so I didnt know who to call or talk to about the process. As soon as we met Shae it was instant with the way she talked and the way she explained thing to us, she made me feel that it was ok that I didnt know everything or anything about buying a house because she was gonna help me through the whole process and explain in detail about loans, closing cost, which banks to try and connect with. The way Shae helped me find my new home made the process less scary for me. I'm young and I was also new to the area and I needed a place to call home with my family. Which Shae did that and some! We now have a home to grow and achieve as a family. I recommend Shae Spitz.

Through late night phone calls, looking at many houses, and me being 9 hours from where we were buying, she was there. She never got frustrated, angry, or discouraged.
