ReviewShalla was very helpful and made it easy to sell my house. I would definitely use her again. She made sure we were comfortable with the new house we chose and made sure everything was good before we made an offer. Thanks Shalla!

Review Shalla was very active in helping with the sale of my home and handled any concerns I had with promptness and knowledge. Any stress with hiccups or concerns were handled graciously and with kindness explaining what was happening and why. Excellent communication with me through the entire process and knew exactly what I needed and was looking for based on my descriptions and wants. I have now bought and sold 4 homes with her and I refuse to use anyone else, I trust her completely with each and every transaction and I know she is dedicated to helping me find an amazing fit! Extremely helpful and dedicated, I have recommended her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell!

Review Shalla was not receptive to our needs or wants. When we mentioned our preferences or values when it came to buying or selling, those items were hit back with her opinions or her reasons as to why our values are wrong. Any hesitation we had with selling our home was met with "it's not a big deal. It's not a concern. Don't worry. You don't want to start over". Ultimately trying to sway us to continue down a bad path just to finish the sale. She didn't meet objections from us very well especially in terms of shopping around for various inspectors or title companies which led her to saying we should have just went for sale by owner since we aren't valuing her opinions and we're trying "to cheap out". Buying and selling could have gone a lot better and it was a miserable experience.

Review I ended up with Raymond when I had requested to look at a property in a neighborhood a few other realtors did not want to visit. When one of those realtors turned down the request, she passed us to him. He looked at several possible homes for investment for us. We ended up putting our investment purchase on hold while we addressed other family real estate.I ended up using him as the listing agent for my father's home. He went above and beyond to get the house ready for listing. He was available for all inspections, and was diligent about getting the information to/from us as we did this process mostly from out of state. He provided options for contractors for the roof, pool, and interior, and went above and beyond what could be expected of any realtor. By the end of the process, he was like family to us. I am quite thankful that the other realtor passed our initial request to him. I will be using him again in the future when we are ready to begin expanding our rental portfolio. With his help, I hope to help revitalize and beautify a few homes in Jacksonville, and provide safe and clean housing for families.

Review Best agent I have worked with, was very patient and encouraging. She helped negotiate multiple offers with sellers until one stuck. She also found a way for me to qualify for a program that helped with a lot of closing costs and mortgage, as well as helping get me the best home insurance we could find. 10/10 would recommend.

Review We have bought and sold several properties over the years and had the great fortune to meet Shalla through Zillow to view a property. Our experience with the viewing led us to list a property with her. She came out, took great pictures and had it listed the same morning. We received a contract on the property within a few days and closed shortly thereafter! Things I love about Shalla: 1.) Quick response 2.) Knowledgable 3.) Computer savvy - contracts/paperwork signed online. 4.) Access to a reputable contractor with quick response time. 5.) Shopped quotes for needed items. 6.) Wonderful personality, beautiful inside and out. :) We have her searching for our next property as I write this.

Review I struggle with extreme anxiety when I'm not in control of a situation. This being my first time buying a home I was overwhelmed with fear. Shalla kept me updated almost daily with updates or just to let me know we were still waiting on something. She was kind and knowledgeable and quick to make sure I was getting the fair end of the deal. Ill recommend her to anyone for their home buying.

Review Shalla is absolutely the best real estate agent anyone can ask for. Putting her tremendous experience, knowledge of the market, and selling skills aside, she is very hard working, very responsive, and an excellent guide. We had our house listed by another agent who was not able to sell the house for a significant period of time, but then we hired Shalla. She was relentless in her effort to sell the house and was able to sell it fast. Shalla was always available to answer any questions we had and did so 7 day/week. Working with Shalla was very easy. She made the process painless. I wouldnt hesitate to work with Shalla again or give her anything but the highest recommendation

Review Shalla was very professional and polite with us. We contacted Shalla regarding a home we were interested in, but the house was over 3 hours away from where we lived at the time. She was kind enough to go to the home and video it inside and out so that we had a better idea of what it was like. This helped us make a decision to put an offer on the home. After the offer was submitted, we did make the trip to see the home, and Shalla was very patient with making time for us to do so. She was quick with all communication, and sent over documents to sign immediately when they were needed. I would highly recommend Shalla, she made us feel like valued clients and made our home buying process easy on her side of things.

Review Shalla was quite helpful in assisting us with our purchase and referred us to a lender that together as a team made everything so simple from start to finish on a VA loan. The whole process took about 30 days to close once we got started. It was so seamless I would definitely recommend her as your realtor.

Review We met Shalla for the first time 2 years ago when she was helping us buy a home in Jacksonville while we were living overseas. She helped us seamlessly complete the process, which was pretty daunting as first time home buyers! Then when we were ready to sell that home due to PCS orders, Shalla was there once again to make sure we had the professional support we needed. There were issues that came up (as they inevitably will!) that she readily helped to resolve. She even paid money out of her own pocket to resolve an issue with the original listing! We are so grateful to this woman who goes WAY above and beyond in making sure that whether you are buying or selling, you will get the service you need. We highly and unreservedly recommend Shalla Steuer as an excellent choice for a realtor! She is like family to us now!

Review I chose Shalla to be my buying agent to purchase horse property. I was already under contract with a different agent (I met before meeting Shalla) to sell my current property. Not only did Shalla help me find my dream home for horses, she was incredibly organized and responsive. In addition, she gave me advice to help sell my current home, and after following her advice, my home was under contract within 2 days after sitting on the market for months. I cannot express my gratitude for Shalla and her willingness to go above and beyond. If you need an incredibly skilled, competent and responsive agent, Shalla is it!

Review I work in the mortgage industry and customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. We needed someone to help us find a rental home fast because the home we had rented for 4 years was foreclosed on. Shalla is one of those professionals that go above and beyond for her customers. She patiently showed us listing after listing and a lot of times with very short notice she still accommodated us. She worked tirelessly until she found us a place we now call home and love it! I will be pursuing purchasing a home in the next two years approximately and I have no doubt who will be there helping us. I'd like to thank Shalla for all the time she invested in us searching for the right house, for taking the time to meet my whole family and considering us as a whole unit when searching for a home and for not once making us feel rushed. We appreciate you!

Review Shalla came to our rescue when we thought we had no more options. We had just moved here from California and we were supposed to move into a home on the Naval base. When that house fell through, a friend of mine in San Diego posted on Facebook how badly we needed help finding a place to live, (because we were living in a hotel). Shalla was there! The next morning she was emailing me local homes to rent and that were ready for immediate move-ins. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be there than Shalla. Within a day and a half we had been approved to rent a home in a neighborhood not far from her, and to this day she is a trusted friend of mine that I will always be grateful to have in my life. Shalla not only finds you a home, but she makes you feel like you are part of her family, she takes the time to talk you through the different areas of Jacksonville, and really makes sure you feel comfortable with your decision to either buy or rent.

Review We are moving to the states from overseas and she was wonderful. Worked with us with the time difference, did video walk thru with us. She helped us find a great home even halfway across the world. Now when we arrive we will be moving straight into our new home.

Review I HIGHLY recommend Shalla Steuer as a real estate professional. She helped us purchase our first home while we were still stationed in another country! She responded to emails and messages immediately, despite the 13 hour difference. She helped us coordiate with our lender, seller, inspection, and title company so that the process was smooth and there weren't any big issues we had to deal with. It was such a relief to know that we had somewhere there in the state where we were purchasing, whom we could completely trust and rely on. We are most appreciative of the service she gave us, which went above and beyond our expectations!

Review Shalla was very helpful in my search for the perfect home. I started off looking at homes with a different Realtor. I was with the other Realtor for 6 months and kept missing out on homes that I liked. I worked with Shalla for a week and she helped me find the perfect home. She was aggressive in helping me get this house. Even after finding and closing on my home she still remains in contact.
