Luckily for use Shaina was quick to find a solution. We used another lender at her recommendation and from there the process was as smooth as can be. This is our first house and to make things more complicated, we were purchasing from several states away. Shaina new what to do and when to do it. We would not have been able to do this without her.

ZillowVERIFIED When first meeting Shaina I was accompanying a friend to see a property. I was impressed by her quick response and willingness to accommodate to her clients needs. She goes above and beyond and it is clear she is knowledgeable and has a real passion for her job. Upon meeting her I loved her enthusiasm and mentioned that I might be interested in selling my home due to an upcoming PCS. She immediately offered her services and told me she could come by the same day. As promised, she came by and said she loved the property and would like to market it immediately. Other realtors I had interviewed had pecsimistically said I MIGHT be able to market for 135k, Shaina was POSITIVE I could get 145k and she made it happen. I had multiple offers within 10 days and ended up selling for 145k. Shaina was accessible throughout the entire process. Highly involved and protected her clients on both sides. I have purchased and sold many properties in the past and I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough words to tell how much we love Shaina and enjoyed working with her. We lived in La Marque, Texas and were looking to buy a house in the area where I was born and raised. Shaina was the one we picked as our realtor, there was just something that both my husband and I drew us to her over everyone else. Anyway the first house we asked her to show us didnt work out and instead of trying to get us to buy the first house she wanted us to check out others as well. During the tour of the first house we asked her if our bed would fit in the bigger bedroom and she was honest with us and said it didnt look like it would. Then my husband found the house we bought and she guided us through the whole process from over 200 miles away. During the process hurricane Harvey hit us with over 50 inches of rain. She was more worried about our safety that pushing the deal through but still stayed in contact with us. We love our house no our home and it would not have happened without her. We are forever grateful to her. She came by and met us in person after we got settled in. Thank you so much, Shaina.
