We all know this is a historically difficult period for homebuyers, and as First Time Homebuyers, we first felt intimidated about this huge process, especially in a ferociously competitive environment (reading the Wall Street Journal it often felt like there were only 100 homes left in the whole country)! But Shaina helped us every step of the way, from better understanding what to pay attention to when visiting a home, all the way to negotiation and ultimately CLOSING!
