Mom would answer the door and invite her in, and mom would say I'm not selling the house today, and they would laugh and visit for hours. Then the day came when mother could no longer take care for herself or her home. Knowing Shahin over all these years, we knew exactly who to turn too. Shahin was the absolute best choice for selling our home in Anaheim Hills. She is relentless in her effort to not only secure the very best deal available for us, but in her effort to tireless work very late into the nights to ensure all the paperwork was in perfect order. She knew we were up against a very strict timeline, and what needed to be done in a 60-day window in order for us to take advantage of all the tax incentives that 2025 had to offer in our particular case. Offer after offer came in, and Shahin stayed on top of all of them keeping in contact with all the interested buyers, rooting out the ones that only the experience of Shahin could disseminate as "flippers" and keeping me up to date. We were so impressed with her skills we later hired her to sell another property in behalf of our family. This second transaction involved the family home belonging to our father who passed away in early 2019. Shahin was kind enough to attend the memorial services and later to meet with family members to discuss the familys options regarding the house. Through each phase of the sale, from initially assessing the property value as an "as it" condition to making suggestions as to renovations to better present the home, her patient encouragement through those renovations and the final touches to bring the home to market, we found her to be knowledgeable, professional and understanding of our circumstances and goals. She made extensive efforts in marketing the property and held several open houses. The input she collected during the open houses confirmed the benefit of the suggested renovations we had already completed and the need to complete other renovations which she had suggested but we had not initially completed. Once we completed all of the renovations she had suggested, we received an offer within a few days. She handled the negotiations very well and we were able to conclude the sale for a fair price in less time than originally anticipated. Shahin was always responsive, communicative, and supportive. As a bereaved family who were selling the family home, we have appreciated both the professionalism and the human compassion Shahin exhibited through the entire process.
