ZillowVERIFIED She is a very honest and helpful agent. It is difficult for you to find such a good agent. During Covid, she prepare those extra protective equipment like gloves and shoe cover. She cares about all people including homeowners and buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Our agent Shahe did an awesome job when selling our house. We thought selling the house would be a hassle since we moved out of California when the house was listed on the market. It turned out it was a frustration free process because Shahe walked us through all the steps and prepared everything for us. He was very professional, very easy to communicate with and always chose the best options for us. I highly recommend Shahe Seuylemezian to others in the housing market.

ZillowVERIFIED Honest, Trust worthy, looks after his clients interest. Seems simple but from past experiences, these are qualities a lot of realtors lack. NOT Shahe. Amazing experience with him and having bought and sold a lot of homes and having to deal with a lot of realtors, I can tell you Shahe is one of the best realtors I have ever come across. My friends have also used his services and they will tell you exactly what I said above. Truly one of the best out there!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was in the market for a single family home and Shahe was referred to me through a friend of mine. From day 1, I knew I had an excellent agent on my side with Shahe. He worked day and night to find properties that I would like, and he made himself available anytime I wanted to go view the property in person. Finally, we were able to find the perfect home and Shahe was able to negotiate and have my offer accepted prior to the sellers even putting the property through an open house. He was vigorous and diligent throughout the negotiation process and caused my offer to be accepted. Furthermore, prior to the close of escrow, Shahe set up all the inspections and made all the necessary appointments, which allowed me to maintain my work schedule, while the Home was being taken care of prior to moving in. Finally, even after close of escrow, Shahe has been extremely responsive to my inquiries and has gone above and beyond to make sure I am 110% satisfied with my new home. I could not recommend and endorse Shahe enough. The absolute best experience I have ever had with a realtor was with Shahe! Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED I had emailed Shahe as a Zillow prospect for an interest in some property. Till then, I had not met him and had no prior references. My wife had some stringent 'must-haves' and I had some major check points that had to be addressed since we wanted to buy a house within a 4 months time period. Shahe provided his expertise in the housing market as a buyer's representative and also dealt with the potential issues directly with the seller and their agent. He has a good relationship with other vendors that you will work with through the process, so that helped. My initial instincts about Shahe as a honest and rightful person proved me right and helped get us a good house at a good price. I strongly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED And he helped us buy this condo in the first place! If I buy in the area again I I would, of course, go back to Shahe for help. He is knowledgable, honest, thorough, patient, and a really pleasant guy to work with. We needed to sell the condo quickly (son's new job in Canada). We closed within a month of opening the listing and we got a better price than we anticipated. Paperwork went really smoothly and I live in DC and my co-owner son in Pasadena. What a relief that all was. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Shahe for both the purchase of my home and the sale of it 6 years later. Shahe was great at providing information on the homes I was considering as well as showing me homes that were in line with not only my tastes but my budget as well saving me quite a bit of time. When my loan was held up because the new home I was purchasing had no carpet on the main floor. Shahe bought and installed carpet himself in order for me to secure the loan. Shahe just goes above and beyond. When I sold my home 6 years later Shahe secured an above asking price bid within the first week of listing and closed escrow in under 30 days. When dealing with Shahe he was always personable and professional i can give nothing but a high recommendation for him.

The decision was very easy, he made all the proper arrangements and the transaction went through without any surprises. I do not like surprises in situations like that. ZillowVERIFIED It took me over a year to find the home I truly like and shahe and I checked over 20 condos. I was thinking he would be tired of my phone calls and his driving to the sites but he was very patient and casual every time. Also his knowledge on the market is vast and precise. He is a friend to me know, absolutely, I will recommend him without any reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my condo with Shahe and I have never owned one before. Being new at this, I had a lot of questions and more than just a few insecurities about the process. Shahe was wonderful throughout the process and here is why my experience was so special. First, he took me under his wings and treated me as if I was in every way his only customer from start to finish. And yet, it was more than that. He has treated me as a friend and has been there for me months later. Second, due to my job I didn?t have a flexible schedule to see the properties. This required him to take extra time out of his busy schedule each day and come to assist me. Considering this I was impressed with his knowledge of the market, the good builders as opposed to those not so good, and the details of building standards. He not only got me a great deal on a condo with a couple of nice upgrades, but through his expert advice helped me to get the best available rates for my mortgage. Add to this, he helped me to fill the application for the rental agreement and assisted me with the background check on the tenants. Shahe Seuylemezian is the consummate professional, smart and patient, always going the second mile to give the best service possible to his clients. Shahe you are the best! He is the agent I want in my corner whenever I buy or sell. Simply he is on top of everything.
