We worked with Seth and Dan for the purchase of our first home. Dan really listened to us and the list of must-haves for our family, and while there wasnt a large inventory of homes in the area we were looking, we never felt pressured to compromise. Dan was truly there with us through every step of the process. He met with us at open houses and private showings, helped us make our offer, and answered our (many) questions throughout the entire process, even on the day of closing! If we found ourselves looking for another home in the future, wed work with Dan again in a heartbeat.
