We gave him some ideas of what we were looking for and he would provide listings. The listings were always right on target. When we finally sold our house in NY and drove down to Southport, we met Seth at his office. We gave him the price bracket we had chosen and Seth came up with a group of homes to visit. We left his office to see homes that were on the market and when we saw the third house, WHAM! We went back to his office and submitted an offer. It was accepted the next day. ZillowVERIFIED Seth Robbins initially informed us of a pending issue(factory to be built behind home we wanted to buy) even though the listing agent did not disclose this. He guided us through many failed potential purchases and hung in there, being patient and polite at all times. Even when a last second obstacle threatened to sink or at least delay the purchase of a home we found through Seth, he continued to pursue remedies above and beyond until we closed on the house. I highly recommend him as a broker. He also became a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Having a beach house for 25 years, a decision to sell was not an easy one; nevertheless, we contacted Seth Robbins the end of November, 2017 and by December, 2017 Seth presented us an offer to purchase that was satisfactory. Appraisals, inspections, lawyers and financing were all in preparation and by early February, 2018 every thing was good to go and transactions were completed and February 28, 2018 ownership changed hands. We would definetly contact Seth to represent us again. He was prompt in his responses to our questions and needs. He was professional yet all the while he made us feel like friends.
