Hands down most easy way to sell our home! Sold within a week, Shelby is amazing and I highly recommend her! We worked with Shelby Eddy in the spring of 2023 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Shelby's incredible work. Shelby brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with a local new family. Shelby was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!

I have worked with Seth Hillinga both from both a building and selling perspective. From a building Perspective he worked with me to customize a great floor plan. Seth worked with local municipality to achieve the best intensives to build in rural community. He worked with the builders and subcontractors to build my home in short order I think roughly 4 Months!! He personally came back after the first year and made sure everything was working great. He definitely keeps his customers goals and time frame in mind. From a Selling perspective, you need an Agent that knows the market. In order to be priced at market in order to sell quickly, and retain the most capital out of the real estate. Seth worked to hard to price my property to market. Placed in on the MLS and received an offer within a week. He sent all the numbers to me promptly and informed me of any interest in my property. Seth worked with my schedule for paperwork and other meetings. Overall my experience was Fair, Simple, Transparent and Timely
