John Ross

I'm John Ross, a Realtor with Real Estate Unlimited and the creator of the Living in Okoboji YouTube channel where I help buyers, sellers, and families understand the lakes, the lifestyle, and the real estate market before they ever make a move.

I serve buyers, sellers, and relocating families throughout Okoboji and the Iowa Great Lakes including West Okoboji, East Okoboji, Big Spirit Lake, Spirit Lake, Milford, and Arnolds Park. Whether you're relocating to the lakes, looking for a lakefront or lake access property, ready to upgrade your current home, or thinking about selling, I'm the guy who's going to give you straight answers and actually know what he's talking about.

I don't just sell real estate out here. I live it. Boating, golf, fishing, the whole thing. That matters because when a buyer asks me what it's actually like to live on West Okoboji versus Big Spirit Lake, I'm not guessing. And when a local is ready to sell, they know they're working with someone who actually knows this market inside and out.

With 15 years of sales experience and a reputation built on honesty and local knowledge, my clients choose me because they want someone who treats their goals seriously and doesn't waste their time.

If you're buying, selling, or just starting to think about a move in the Iowa Great Lakes, let's talk.
