I was first intrigued with some of the innovative things Seth did to help sell my rental home in Estes Park, and then I became impressed. Seth was thorough, thoughtful, diligent, persistent, and demonstrated capability at every phase of selling this home, which proved to be difficult. He was the first realtor I've ever worked with that had a full inspection done prior to any closing required inspection. It was useful in helping clients navigate interest in the home, when it really mattered as they were shopping for other homes. He was adept in handling showings and relating to realtors who had shown the home to their clients. He followed up with those who had shown interest and he marketed directly to the other realtors in town. I enjoyed my many discussions with him, where his depth of understanding of the market and the process of getting a home sold was evident. I'm not a friend of the family or his golfing buddy. I'm writing this review only because I believes he deserves these accolades. He's worth giving an opportunity to for anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home.
