ZillowVERIFIEDSeth was always there to answer all the questions along the way! He also got us aligned with contractors to help do repairs on the home! This is the second time using Seth and it hopefully should be the last (bought out forever home)

ZillowVERIFIED I enjoyed Seth a lot! He truly took mint considering of what our family was looking for and found it. I was extremely happy that their team wasnt trying to throw me into any hole but made sure it was the right home. If youre looking for something they will find it! ZillowVERIFIED Seth was outstanding in helping us sell our home. He literally took care of hiring for painting and carpet renewal, coordination with all involved, setting up inspections, and answered our questions in an expedient manner. Seth was easy to make contact with and is genuinely a good guy. He sold our home the first day he listed it. If you are going to sell your home, I highly recommend you give Seth a call at Nexthome Professionals.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth did an outstanding job in assisting us with the purchase of our perfect home. He is very knowledgeable of the market conditions and with that he could advise us of the fair price to offer for our purchase. Seth has a very calm demeanor which is key to navigate stressful situations on any real estate transaction. Also, he successfully listed and sold our other property and with all the unexpected curves on that transaction we successfully closed escrow. Thank You Seth for your calmness, knowledge and experience. You are the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth was excellent to work with. It started with the pictures that he took of the property that we was selling. He kept us informed of everything that was going on. Once we had a prospective buyer he was in contact with their agent working to make sure everything was done.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. We were out-of-state buyers which comes with some challenges, but Seth did a great job of clearly communicating all details to make sure we were very comfortable with the homes he viewed for us. He also put in a lot of time and effort on nights and weekends to make sure the homes were all viewed in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of a new home in Topeka, Kansas - so I could relocate back home! This was all done Long Distance! Seth walked the home insuring it was what I was looking for, all while I was in Virginia! His expertise in the market's geographic area as well as what I was looking for was instrumental in determining a competitive price while considering the future resale value for the area. Seth was very involved in all aspects of the closing to include setting the thermostat on closing day and watching the lawn until I get there in a few weeks! Seth is friendly, genuine and always responsive to any need or question I had - especially since this was a site unseen purchase for me being in Virginia! I will defiantly be referring anyone that I know! And will utilize his services in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Seth did a fantastic job with us purchasing our new home and selling our old one. He always had time to answer questions and work over hurdles during the process. He is very busy and covers a large area but made it work. He is no stranger to unique situations for buyers or sellers and will take his time and be honest.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth made the whole process smooth and easy. This was our first time selling a home and we couldnt have done it without him. We have no doubt our home sold so well because of the tools and technology he uses. His skills with cameras and marketing finesse are second to none. He even helped us secure our land and a phenomenal builder. We knew we wanted to build our next home but had no idea where to start, and he has helped guide us through the whole process to building our dream gone.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth & his team were so very helpful in the entire process of selling our family's farm. Because we no longer live in the area Seth & his team went above & beyond to meet with contractors, get estimates, arrange repairs, etc. The advice and professionalism offered by Seth and his team were invaluable. I would definitely reach out to him again.
