SETH COUILLARD, FOUNDER -
As a lifelong resident of Bloomington-Normal, he is very familiar with the Twin Cities community. After graduating from Illinois State University (Finance & Insurance) in 2006, he leaped at the opportunity to work as a full-time licensed Realtor. Helping hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes has been an exhilarating experience for him. A special portion of his business has been Investors/REO/Foreclosures. He has personally sold over 150 REO/Foreclosure properties for banks as well as buyers and his large book of investors. Not only does Seth help the investors he works with, but he is also one himself which allows him the opportunity to look at properties through the eyes of the buyer/investor. He is now going on his 13th year selling Real Estate and is proud to own one of the Top 5 Teams in the area!
