The home we sold was priced exactly right, meeting both the expectations of the Appraiser, as well as the buyer. The meticulous development, and overall presentation of our MLS, drew immediate attention of buyers near and far; as a result, we received multiple offers, for our home, within days of our listing. The Tomlinson Group contacted us, numerous times daily, to keep us informed, throughout the Escrow process. They ensured all contingencies were addressed in a timely manner, and completed to our satisfaction. This was the smoothest home sale, I've ever experienced, and to top it all off, we were simultaneously purchasing another home, at the same time. During what would normally be a tumultuous time, for most, my wife and I, felt at ease, as The Tomlinson Group did an amazing job of juggling the demands of both Escrows. Specifically, they ensured all possible scenarios were addressed, so we were not caught off guard, by anything, for example: 1) ability, for my wife and I to rent our sold home, back to the buyers, until we found another suitable home (up to 60 days), 2) Ensured the Seller of the home we were purchasing, understood, our purchase was contingent on the sale of our current home, 3) Managing the removal of the contingencies on both of the homes, during escrow, 4) arranging for the closing of both Escrows, within a 24 hour period from one another. ZillowVERIFIED We were introduced to Serina by a friend of worked with that highly recommended her. We lived in Long Beach and decided to take a leap of faith and move to Temecula. We were in Temecula on a Sunday and called her, she met with us the same day at her office. She scheduled time with us the next weekend to look at homes. Not only did she take us to view homes but she literally drove us all around the city and gave us a tour, showed us all the different areas, explained the neighborhoods, the schools, and even where all the local entertainment was. We have worked with other realtors in the past and have never experienced this. We were so impressed. We opened escrow on a house and then decided it wasn't the right fit, Serina wasn't upset, she said we have to feel good about the transaction and handled everything for us. Then we opened escrow on another home and after doing the inspection decided it had too many issues. During this 2 month period Serina probability showed us about 40 homes. She was truly a godsend. We were selling our other home in Long Beach, had already opened escrow so we were stressed the first two didn't work out for us. I asked Serina to take another look at the very first home we looked at when she first took us out, it was still on the market but we had passed because it had a strong dog smell to it but we loved the layout. Serina met me there one rainy afternoon and the two of us took off our shoes and ran laughing into the house, getting soaking wet, it was pretty funny. Her and I talked for a while about how we could get the smell out, how to get it decorated, etc. I called my husband and he agreed that we should make an offer. Serina called the agent on the spot. We were in escrow the next day. She referred a carpet company, painter, plumber and electrician. Once we closed escrow we had all the upgrades and cleaning done. Serina helped us see the vision of the house and now it's beautiful (doesn't smell like dogs) and is our dream home. If you want a realtor that cares, will take time to get to know you and your family's needs and is an expert in the industry then Serina is the gal for you! Truly amazing!!

ZillowVERIFIED August 2015, we hired Eric Tomlinson and his group to sell our home in the Temecula Wine Country. We were referred to him by a close friend and business associate also in the real estate field. We own several real estate holdings and are versed in sales and negotiations. We met with Eric and his wife, Serina, who portrayed themselves as go getters, who would list our house at a reasonable level, who would bring only qualified buyers to us, and had a track record of closing sales. Needless to say, the above was untrue. We had several offers, including going under contract. Eric was poor in communications, and he did NOT follow up with the qualification of the buyer. The contract drug on and on, and we did not follow documented milestones. Eventually, the deal cancelled and we cancelled our relationship with Eric. I could go on and on about our disappointments, but here is summation: poor communication, rude, not following up on agreements and aEURoepromisesaEUR?, and lack of follow through and negotiation skills. After we terminated Eric and group, we went with another agent who sold our house within two weeks.
