ZillowVERIFIED We sold our townhome in the Gardens. I went with Sergio because he specializes in the Gardens in San Pedro. He knows everything about this huge complex, from the different HOAs and how they operate, to the repair issues, to the floor plans. He's done his homework. I interviewed other agents. The first one I felt I would be babysitting them. The 2nd had a "team" concept with a different person to deal with throughout the listing and transaction process. Not for me. I want to deal and communicate with 1 person only. I don't want to be pawned off to the "B" team once the agreement is signed.Sergio handled everything and was patient with my redundant questions and my focus on detail. I was probably a pain the a-s... but I'm a profitable pain the a-s. He gets it. The sale went smooth and quick. We have another property that we will be selling in a few months and we'll be contacting Sergio at that time.
