ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start! We met Sergio very unexpectedly when we were trying to put in an offer in on a house he had listed. Without going into detail, we fired our agent and went with him on a dual agency. Unfortunately, that house didn't end up working out for reasons out of his and the sellers control. We ended up keeping him as our realtor because he was so amazing with the dual agency. We were very tough buyers because we were used to new homes that were less expensive. So going to a market with older homes at a higher cost was hard for us. Plus we were moving from AZ to CT! He did an amazing job finding homes that we asked for. It took us 7 months and 5 offers on houses, 4 homes failing inspections and one we are glad that the offer fell through to find us the house that completely fit us! Finally on 7/1/19 we were able to close on the home that we all worked so hard for. His referrals for attorneys and inspectors were awesome. His work ethic was impeccable. He will do anything and climb mountains to make sure you are happy. We so appreciate everything that he did for us. Thank you so much Sergio. Bryan and I hope that everyone buying or selling a home in Fairfield County is fortunate enough to work with you as we did!

ZillowVERIFIED When it came time to purchase my first home, a friend recommended Sergio to me after working with him a few years ago. I'm very glad I decided to work with him. Being a new home buyer, I was novice and had no idea of what the process or market were like. With his expert-level knowledge of real estate, Sergio was able to guide me through the process. From when I first contacted him to closing, Sergio was able to put me at ease and answer all my questions/concerns. Sergio is also extremely on the ball and follows through with things, making the process much less stressful for me. When I first started shopping, my biggest concern was a realtor trying to upsell me or being more concerned with making a sale than watching out for my best interest. Sergio is the complete opposite of this. When I worked with him, it became evident that he was looking out for my best interest as if he was buying the home himself. My girlfriend and I are very critical of people trying to upsell us, and we did not get this vibe from Sergio at all. With the homes we looked at leading up to the one I bought, Sergio was straight forward with all the things he found concerning, rather than trying to sugar coat them. When we found the house I purchased, Sergio was excellent at negotiating on my behalf with the seller. Throughout the whole process I knew Sergio was one step ahead of the game.Overall, working with Sergio you will discover he is straight talking and attentive throughout the entire process.
