ZillowVERIFIED We had a small remote piece of land to sell and figured it would take a year or more to sell. From listing to close Serena had it done in 5 weeks! Serena met us at the property promptly at the agreed time. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the area was of great value. Serena stayed in contact and kept us up to date better than any realtor we have dealt with in the past. Although the property was quite remote and very inexpensive, (aka minuscule commission), she never hesitated to meet agents or buyers at the property. She treated it like it was her top priority. From listing to close of escrow Serena never failed to stay on top of it. Very professional, exceeded all expectations and an absolute pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Well first off I thought long and hard about a fsbo because of sights like Zillow . But boy that would have been a mistake. First off she got me at least 70,000 more than I was thinking about asking and she seamlessly handled the bueracracy and the other agents demands. I'm a combat veteran with serious PTSD so having her handle all of that was really helpful. And she never once got flustered by my frustrations nor did she get frustrated with me when it would take me longer than it should to complete a simple task, like dealing with the local water company and septic inspection. So moving forward I will gladly refer Mrs Tietz to anyone and will use in future for potential purchases.

The sale has been beset with many difficulties, some created our advanced age and our inability to be at the property very often, others outside our control. The process has taken more than 1-1/2 years, but is now about to close. Throughout this whole period, Serena Tietz has patiently provided us with every assistance and many services beyond what is normally expected of a real estate agent, including arranging repairs to the property, clearing of brush and mowing; recommendations for local contractors and assistance in clearing our possessions out of the house. Because we live some distance away, she has kept an eye on the property and kept us apprised of its condition. In the course of the sale, a major permitting problem surfaced. Serena spent a great deal of time researching the problem and came up with a solution that has kept the deal moving forward. We have bought and sold other properties, and no other real estate agent that we have dealt with has invested anywhere near the time and effort Serena has put into this long and difficult process.
