ZillowVERIFIEDi am out of state investor, and need local help for advice. she went above and beyond, very very responsive (even at late night which i sometimes forget she's 3 hours ahead of me).. i found she treated my investment property as if her own. I am not at the stage ready to sell (since it was purchased recently), but when i am ready, i definitely will ask her to represent me. if you in the market to buy/sell, she's highly recommended...

You hear all these stories about how buying a house can take months and that it is a long and drawn out process....well not my first time. Senetta made it easy sailing. It took exactly 45 days from start to finish. I fell in love with the first home she showed me and she worked hard for me to get the home at the price I wanted. She also helped with getting the seller to pay some of the closing cost and to do repairs on the home! Thank you Senetta for your hard work and dedication to the Williams family. You were awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Hi, I found my house just driving around looking one day. I contacted Senetta and asked to view the home. She got me in right away and I decided this was my home. There were a couple of delays that had nothing to do with her part of the process. Senetta kept me calm and positive during the delayed process of the purchase. She fought for my best interest as if it was a home for herself. I've only known her through the time of purchasing my home but I consider her a friend and plan stay in contact with her as a long time friend. She's a good spirited and honest person.
