My husband and I recently purchased our first home. It took us several years to finally take the plunge and Paul was part of the process from the beginning. A year before we purchased the home we are now living in (and loving!) I began sending him properties and he would research and provide extremely detailed information on the properties. Paul isn't afraid to ask questions and reach out to other agents, because this meant we would be taken care of. When we finally did put an offer down on our dream starter home, during the pandemic - there were multiple other offers - we thought surely it wouldn't work out! He built a line of strong communication with the seller's agent and ultimately we were the offer chosen! I can honestly say this would not have happened if just anyone was representing us! He comforted us during a BUMPY escrow process (with covid and banks, inspectors, being backed up, etc.) all the way to close! He is professional, very responsive, and all around just a delight to be around! I cannot recommend him more.
