ZillowVERIFIED Seana has been one of my closest friends for years so naturally I trusted her completely when I started to look for my first home with my Husband. She guided me through numerous questions about all the things that need to be done BEFORE you even start looking for a house. I was not house shopping in the same area as she works so I was very nervous to find a realtor that would be a perfect fit for us. I addressed my concerns to Seana on this topic and she said, " No problem, let me look do some research and come back to you with some options." Within a day she came back to me with 5 agents contacts, a bit about each of them and told me her personal opinion as she knows me well. She told us she though agent Joe Yost was a great fit and encouraged me to give him a call. After a 5 minute conversation with him I knew she hit the nail on the head with directing me to Joe. The Yost team has been INCREDIBLE and made the stressful process very enjoyable and easy. Though I was not able to work with Seana for the entire process which I know would have been a privilege, I owe it to her for finding me such a great agent who helped us find our first home!! Thank you Seana and I encourage ANYONE to use her. She is a very driven, friendly, outgoing individual who will do all that is possible to make the house of your dreams happen!!

She was always there without hesitation and offered guidance based on our personal tastes and long term goals. We made offers that didn't get accepted due to how competitive the market is but Seana was so supportive and reassuring that we would find the right place for us! When we finally got an offer accepted, she was there with whatever we needed. Walked us through all of our different options, explained what was happening throughout the process and made it as stressfree as possible for our first home buying experience!
