ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning, Sean Wright made us feel like more than just clients, he made us feel like family. Throughout the entire process, his dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for our needs set him apart in every way. Our transaction wasnt easy, there were plenty of headaches and delays caused by issues on the sellers side but Sean handled every obstacle with patience, expertise, and calm confidence. He didnt just manage our side of the process; he went above and beyond, even stepping in to take care of tasks that the sellers agent should have been handling. His commitment and problem-solving kept the process moving forward and gave us peace of mind during what could have been an incredibly stressful experience. Seans communication was second to none, he explained every detail clearly, kept us updated at every stage, and never made us feel rushed when we had questions. His ability to advocate for us while remaining professional and composed was nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to Sean, were now in a home we love, and well forever be grateful for his hard work, integrity, and genuine care. ZillowVERIFIED I am writing this review on my mothers behalf- my mom worked with Sean on finding the right home for over a year on and off. Showed us multiple properties until we found the one my mom loved. Sean remained patient, professional and always insightful on the home buying process. He took the time to explain each step of the process. The rising interest rates really affected my mothers buying power as she wanted to remain within an affordable mortgage rate for herself. Her goal was to stop renting and finally own her own space. In July of 2023, we finally found a place she can call home and in which she would be paying less in mortgage than she was paying in rent! Sean was always accommodating when it came to showings and always gave us the best advice. He got us to the closing table seamlessly. I am now working with Sean on finding the right home for my own family and excited to continue working together!

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we began working together, I knew I was in good hands. Sean?s knowledge of the local market and attention to detail were invaluable in helping us purchase our first home. Sean provided excellent guidance. Throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Sean?s communication was clear, timely, and always professional, which gave me great peace of mind. What really stood out to me, however, was the extra effort he put in to ensure that everything went smoothly. Sean went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was taken care of, and his dedication to work was evident at every turn. In short, I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done. You are an outstanding real estate agent, and I will be recommending you to everyone I know who is in need of your services. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Sean was a great experience. We originally had trouble securing the loan due to changes in my pay structure. Although it was frustrating for me, Sean never let that demoralize the situation. He connected me to the right contacts and borrowers that are willing to work for a solution. He was also able to speak on behalf to the sellers and realtor to ensure my best interest was put first. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable, respected, motivated, and driven realtor to get you into the house of your dreams, do yourself a favor and contact Sean Wright.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first contacted Sean Wright because we were interested in purchasing a home, I instantly knew he was ?the one!? The connection with Sean sparked on day one! And, I promise you, it will be the same with anyone who interacts with him. I was blown away by how professional he was and how direct he was with his communication. Nothing was ever left unclear. Sean was always available to see homes (no matter the distance), we took our time viewing homes and all questions were answered! His level of knowledge blew us away. He always shared his opinions and his experience in an appropriate matter. He explained the process of buying a home with so much detail that it gave the confidence to know we were making the right move (first time home buyer jitters)! I can?t express how much truth is in Sean?s logo ?Business done Wright!? All in all, every turn, every second, all the nerves, Sean was there to reassure everything was going smoothly. I promise you that working with him will be the best decision you ever make. THANK YOU SEAN! We?re first time home owners!

He was there from the 1st day driving round to showing homes and until the last day of closing our home. Before a friend recommended Sean we were working with a different Realtor who was really slow and not pro active but as soon as we got Seans contact he was very pro active, and did everything to our satisfaction.

ZillowVERIFIED been interested in buying a house in the Woodbridge area for some time now , but I never understood the starting process or where to begin . I was recommended Sean by a mutual friend and Iam happy they did. He went over the step by step process and made sure I understood all the material . He is very knowledgeable, patient and motivating. Buying a home is a big life decision and I now feel comfortable by the material I learned from him on what to do within the next couple of months to eventually get the dream home I want.
