ZillowVERIFIED Amazing, very responsive, answered every question I had as a first time buyer. Made appointments right away for every house I wanted to see. Sean did everything possible to make home buying easy with detailed information along the way to help me understand what was needed or why something was needed. Will definitely pick Sean again when we get the itch to move again.

ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Sean in mid-March 2022 looking for a home in CT while living in Annapolis, MD. This is our 4th home purchase but this time all our viewings were done virtual. We were unsure how this would turn out, but I would say Sean exceeded our expectation. We received daily posting and he was on top of getting us viewing to the ones we liked in a timely manner. Sean assisted us through the entire process, viewings, contract, home inspection, appraisal, worked closely with my mortgage company during underwriting and much more. His timely response to text messages, emails and phone calls allowed us to not worry things were getting done. He is a true professional and I would recommend Sean for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean Seigel helped me and my wife buy our first home. He is personable and reliable. I could always count on him to keep me up to date on new homes and to coordinate with all the different parties once we were under contract. He is responsive at all hours and I really appreciated his honest answers to our many questions. It was clear that he wasnt going to pressure us into finding just any house, but that he really wanted to help us find the right one. I couldnt recommend him more!

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was excellent through and through. His communication was great, very quick to respond. He was understanding of our situation and worked around our schedules. We had over an hour commute for most showings, and limited availability. Sean was able to get us in to every house we wanted to see, one after another on the days we could look. He was knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He worked well with other agents, lenders and everyone involved in the process. He made miracles happen for our family. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Sean!

ZillowVERIFIED Sean is a very helpful realtor. Through searching through homes and apartments over the years, I have been in contact with several different realtors. Sean has been the only realtor who has been consistant and responsive. He would reach out to me whenever there was a property that fit what I was looking for and was very flexible with me and my boyfriend as we have unusual work schedules. When we finally found a house, he helped us put together a strong offer and maintained communication every step of the way until we were able to close on the house. He was always on top of everything and helped to keep my mind at ease, even when I stressed about something during the buying process. If you are buying a house, you definitly want to have a buyers agent, and I can promise you that Sean is the best choice around.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldnt imagine a better realtor to represent me than Sean Seigel. He anticipated every necessary step in the process and was able to properly advise me when non standard situations came up and solved them thus keeping everything moving forward. When temporary roadblocks arose, Sean kept everything calm and progressing. Sean was always available or got back to me quickly. I have no reservations recommending Sean to all. I cant think of ANY area that Sean does not excel in. A++ Brad Alton September 2020

ZillowVERIFIED Sean is an excellent business person. Don?t you just love doing business with someone who does what they say will do, when they say they will do it? That is the kind of agent Sean is. We had a very difficult time getting our property sold. Sean and the team at Remax did everything they could to make it happen and help us navigate the obstacles. Above and beyond Sean came through. I strongly recommend him.
