Sean is the best agent we have worked with, knowledgeable but yet very funny. We bought a condominium with his help and we loved working with him. He is knowledgeable, patience and responsive. Sean is by far the most personable realtor I have had. We were looking to move from the valley to Santa Clarita. We werent very familiar with Santa Clarita, but Sean knew the areas perfectly. He sold my house after one open house and helped us find a new home. He was so patient with us and he never pushed us in to buying a home. In fact, he was honest with us when we found a home we loved and he told us it would be too much work and too much money to repair. I look back and think of all the headache and money he saved us. He helped us get in to the home we are now after many negotiations. If it wasnt for him, we may have missed out on our dream home. It was due to Seans tenacity and negotiation skills that we are where we are today. He communicated everything to us. We always knew what was going on and our next steps. Sean went above and beyond for us. We have referred him to many friends and family.
