I would have never agreed to pay the buyers realtor, I had nothing to do with the buyers realtor the buyer did. I had no problem paying mine, and the buyer should have paid part of the closing cost no one should just hand over 27,000.00 dollars.for selling their home.

This was more than a routine house sale. For openers, much of it took place during the serious Covid-19 pandemic in Washington state. To make it worse, during that time, due to family issues, my wife and I both had to be away from the property during much of the all-important getting ready stage of the sale. Sean took on a lot of that burden: He selected and managed contractors for us, watched the property as various people took away items they had purchased from us, etc. Finally, he got us a bit more than we had originally asked for the house! We cant say enough things about how this project was handled!
