ZillowVERIFIEDSean is such a patient and understanding professional, he showed my wife and I at least 2 dozen houses before we found our home. He always made time to get us in to see which ever house we wanted to see. Sean was attentive and he listened to exactly what we were looking for, so we didn't look at any houses that didn't fit our needs. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I needed to find another home.

ZillowVERIFIEDI was very disappointed with Sean. He's a very nice person, but I expected better quality service. Many times I had to harass him so he'd deliver papers or give me updates on what was happening with my houses. He'd promise to bring me papers to sign and not only did he not show up, but he wouldn't text to let me know he wasn't coming. Only saw him in person once. After closing, I never heard from him again. One would expect at least to hear a thank you for your business or something. Word of mouth is best advertisement and a good realtor should strive to make a client feel appreciated whether he is selling a mansion on the rich side of town or two little shacks on the poor side. Sean's a nice guy, but I found his work disappointing.

ZillowVERIFIEDI have no idea why anyone would pay for a "full price" agent when Sean at Assist to Sell does such a great job. Sean is the most professional and responsive real estate agent we have ever dealt with (being a military family we have dealt with a few !).His local knowledge, pricing, advice and guidance were all spot on.
