Review I have recently ran into a problem and found out that I have a 2 1/2 year old little girl and she was abused by her mother!! So my mother who is a savior agreed to sell her condo that she owned and buy a townhouse with me to help me raise this little girl! So mom says we need a realtor to sell her place fast and find us a new home! So I start searching around for a realtor and WOW everyone in Colorado thinks they can do it!!! I came across Sean Murphy and read the reviews on him, I liked what I was reading!!! So I made an appointment with him and once we met I KNEW he was the one to get the job done!! I filled him in on the situation I was in, I could tell he actually cared and wanted to help! From that moment Sean was also on a mission just like me, my mothers house was on the market by the end of the week!! It sold in 5 days!!!! In those 5 days we were with Sean everyday looking at houses, I lost count on how many houses we looked at, and at no point did I ever feel like Sean was annoyed or just saying in his mind "just make a choice!" At every house he asked what was our feeling was, what did we like/not like, every input we said he applied to the next house!! We found a beautiful 3 story 3 bedroom townhouse that just went on the market we where the first people to look at it, and it was the one!!! We told Sean right away to put our offer in!!! As he was securing our offer to the new house he also sold the condo for more than we asked!!!! I was speechless, this man made what felt like climbing Mt. Everest feel like a walk in the park!!! I can not put into word the professionalism and dedication Sean has for his clients!! Not only was he just our realtor but he became a family member to us!! We will be inviting him over on holidays every year because of how he took care of us!! I understand that there are many good realtors in Colorado but do they really care about you?? Or are they just looking for that commission check?! IF YOU DON'T GO WITH SEAN AND HIS TEAM YOU ARE ALL READY BEHIND AND PROBABLY GONNA GET WAY LESS THAN YOU ASKED FOR AND PAY WAY TO MUCH FOR WHAT YOUR GONNA BUY!! We met him at an open house, and when he followed up with us later, he wasn't pushy or over-eager, just seemed genuinely into helping us out if we were interested. Our first meeting with him he carefully walked us through the home buying process and how everything would work - THIS WAS HUGE. We had met with another realtor previously and none of this was done which left us feeling confused and skeptical. Though our process was quick and easy in general, Sean had some part in that. Review Anyone selling our buying a house in the Denver Metro area should enlist the help of Sean Murphy at Keller Williams. Selling your home is a daunting task for sure! I cant imagine going through the process without having an awesome real estate agent! Seans expertise definitely helped so much in how we approached selling our home. He was able to take a look at our house prior to listing it and let us what would make our house outshine the rest. He had an amazing marketing strategy and knows the Harvey Park market inside and out. He was always available for any type of questions we had and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. This process is super stressful and we couldnt have done it without Sean. We have worked with other real estate agents in the past and Sean is in his own league for sure. He cares about his clients and his effort shows.

Review Sean helped me sell my home in Thornton and we closed in December of 2017. It was a roller coaster and Sean was there to help keep me calm and get through the process as easy as possible. We had multiple offers the same day we listed it and we eventually sold for a very fair price. He did everything he could to get the most cash in my pocket! He is also goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. (Like helping me paint 3 rooms ) I would highly recommend using him as your agent to buy or sell if you want someone who is truly dedicated, and will answer his phone every time you have a question. It was very frustrating and we had all but given up on our goal to moving closer to daughter and new grandson in Minnesota before she delivered. The professional photography, staging consultation, and awareness he brought to our home through online and neighborhood outreach made all the difference. The day after I hired Sean to sell my house, I was driving home from the store and saw Sean knocking doors in my neighborhood, building a buzz about the upcoming open house. He listened to our needs, quickly understood what I was looking for, and immediately alerted me to potential homes right as they were coming on the market.
