John went above and beyond on this sale. He kept me updated, came with solutions and not problems, and stepped up to help the buyers with alternate financing option. Most importantly he listened to me. What i needed to sell and, put me in contact with an awesome Realtor in Raleigh to help me find my new home...Cristine Allison...who also listened to me. Paperwork and escrow were reasonably easy with support from Andrea and team, and Escrow link. All in all a pleasant, albeit stressful, experience buying and selling.
