We worked with John to both buy our new home, and sell our old one. To finalize an estate, we had a really tight deadline to close (45 days) and needed both deals to close on the same day. As if that wasnt complicated enough to pull off, John also took care of everything because the seller didnt have an agent. We truly had the best experience and we are so thankful for everything he did for us!! From the very beginning, John was kind, understanding, patient, and always ready to help. I happened to be randomly assigned Matt as a realtor through Zillow. I could not be happier with the fact I got Matt. He is incredibly personable very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He was able to guide me through a home purchase understanding exactly what I was looking for and what budget I needed to be within.
