Review Lemp Real Estate once again did not disappoint. Five years ago we used them for are first home buy in Boise and they were great from start to finish making sure are punch list was completed before we signed. This time around, we noticed a fixer upper on the bench with a price to sell. I called Sean right away. They were of town at a wedding but that didnt stop him taking care of us. We needed to do several self inspections the house was in bad shape, ,Shawn or someone was there with little notice to let us in. If and when the next house comes up, we wont hesitate or shop realtors, Lemp Real Estate is the only call well make.

How else to explain performance nothing short of stellar from first moment of introduction via phone late last November through the February 2019 closing for purchase of my Boise home. Melissa's knowledge of Boise's market and her connectedness to key players in it is assured, yet modest; the same can be said of her negotiation skills and ability to move me through the entire process of finding just the right home in a "hot" market . No small challenge! Whenever I'd temporarily lose hope that I'd find the right fit, touching base with Melissa would quickly restore balance--not because she "handled" me, but because she heard me, because she truly understands what a home means to most people, both as an emotional and a financial investment. How she has acquired so much wisdom, grace, calm, and people skills, along with all the requisite business acumen needed to do such an amazing job for her lucky clients is, no doubt, a many-page volume. We changed our minds over, and over again as to what our "must haves" were in our new home. I guess you could say I was a picky buyer. But when we would switched gears in the middle of one transaction to another, she would tell us "I'll get on that, and get back to you tonight." And she never failed to do exactly that! In this market, when you have to see a house as quickly as possible or lose out, these two are amazing at getting you into a house you want to see right away. House hunting is very stressful and sometimes discouraging. We lost a lot of houses to cash offers but Melissa and Sean encouraged us to keep searching. However, they never put pressure on us to make an offer we were not comfortable with. After a while they could even sense when a house was not right for us. Melissa and Sean would even try to get us early showings when they knew a new house was coming on the market. And we finally found the house that was right for us. Not only did we sense it, Melissa sensed it too. It even happened to be the day of our 9th anniversary. We are so happy in our new house and we owe it all to the tireless efforts of Melissa and Sean. We can not recommended them enough.

After I contacted them, the very next day they had the financial guy, (Doug-very friendly, and very helpful as well), come in and meet with us. We knew what our price range was right there on the spot, and we started to view homes with them online straight away. The very next day, we went looking at houses. Melissa was so organized and gave us more houses to look at so we had more options, (so awesome). It felt like they listened to our needs in what we were looking for in a house, as well as price range. Very easy to talk to, answered our questions with ease, (and quickly), and were incredibly helpful. I think it's a great thing that they are a team. When one can't make it, the other one can. It seemed like there were no delays. All in all, the process was smooth and quick. We were able to close in 3 weeks which is superb. We've bought and sold 3 other times, (in different locations), and this, by far, was the fastest. We are now living in a comfortable home. I would recommend these two in a heartbeat! Friendly, kind, and more than helpful. The nice gestures and going out of their way to help, was more than appreciated. They hustle for you to make sure that you are taken cared of. We appreciate them. If we do buy and sell again, we will go with them. They know what they're doing and we feel we can trust them and they will get it done.

Review Mellisa and Sean Lemp were amazing! I was purchasing a home from out of state, Melissa was recommended to me by my lender, since I didnt know anyone in the area. The lender called her and she called that afternoon. I had been searching for a home and found a few homes that I was interested in and she went out and we did a Face-Time walk through on a few homes. I found one, she acted quickly and we made an offer, without me even seeing it in person, crazy, I know, but I felt that she was on my side and had my interests in mind. She answered all my questions, handled the inspection for me, since I was out of state. I actually felt so good about the whole process. A few weeks before the signing of papers, I was able to drive through town to see the house, she set up a time with the sellers, so I could see it and meet Melissa and her husband, Sean in person for the first time. It was a pleasure to work with her and after getting settled in she still there to help me and answer questions about things I may need. On another note, my daughter was looking for a home as well, and had to use another agent, due to the re-location package they had, and Melissa would let us know of any homes available that fit their criteria. From the moment our family wanted to purchase a home in Boise they were wonderful. They worked around our schedule and within days we had looked at 6+ homes. Let the fun begin!!! We already knew they were amazing, but they showed us time and time again why. They know the area so well that one of the houses we really liked, they steered us away from.......it was backed up to a main road and there was chances we could have the backyard cut into. It was something we would never have thought about and they were not just looking to get us a home. They wanted us to find a home that we loved and would not have surprises down the road. They were also so understanding when my wife and I changed our focus from a new home to a remodeled home and lined up another 6+ homes to look at the following day. We found our house that night! And then the offer.......We kept being told from friends that in this market, be prepared to make full price offers and not get them.
