My experience with Sean as a realtor was actually pretty short. He was my agent when I sold my house. We did a walk-through together, he helped me make decisions as far as what to fix up to make the house more appealing to potential buyers as well as what not to change. We talked about how to price the house so that it would appeal to more buyers. He set up a professional photographer to come take pictures for the listing. My house sold within 18 hours of aEURoegoing liveaEUR? on the market. Its like he knows this magical little formula for getting a house sold. I would recommend him to anybody.
