ZillowVERIFIEDSean is very professional, and I think one of the most knowledgeable realtors in this area. His preparation for each step of the process from the time I called him through the final closing was very impressive. Whenever I had a question or concern Sean was available to be contacted with an answer and ease my concerns. He personally walked me through the entire process and made everything as easy as possible for me. Everything was fast and easy, and I was very happy with our sale price. I would highly recommend the Gitzlaff Team to anyone selling or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED She worked hard for us with great communication and all the help we could ask for. In a very challenging market she over and over made herself available to show us houses quickly, necessary because if we were not quick we would not get a house. We got a great house. She knows the market, excellent to work with, very hard working, you're not going to do better than her thorough job!

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was great to work with! He set the right price for our home, gave solid advice on what needed to be done to get that price, and handled everything from the pictures thru the closing. The commission rate was more than reasonable. Our house sold quickly with little effort on our part and for a great price! We have already recommended Sean to our friends and family, and will continue to do so.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a home. He was very thorough and patient as we looked for our forever home, even with a 1 & 3 year old with us when touring houses. He also got our other home sold for us smoothly. My husband would text him often with an array of questions and Sean was always very responsive. He made us feel comfortable with the process the whole way through. Thank you, Sean!

ZillowVERIFIED After many long years of looking as first time home buyers, Kristys knowledge and complete help was refreshing and so appreciated !! We were looking for a realtor that could work with us and our knowledge base as first time homebuyers in a competitive price range and market and Kristy stood above all else! She was so responsive to our needs, answered any and all questions and handled all communication with the sellers with ease. She came with property details in hand with copies for us, which we had not seen before working with other realtors. She had an extensive knowledge on the exact area and surround areas we were looking at . She even had answers about how to contact and start services for the house. Being first time homebuyers, there was no doubt that we were a nervous wreck at closing. Having Kristy with us at closing made all the nerves go away as she aided in answering questions and making sure we signed all appropriate documents . When starting the home buying process, everyone who has gone through the process has a realtor to recommend to you, so here I am with mine. If you are looking for a realtor who cares about you and your needs, go with Kristy Gitzlaff

ZillowVERIFIED Kristy is dedicated !! In a crazy fast moving market she made sure everything that was in my interest we viewed asap Even during her vacation she made sure I was able to view properties immediately. She is patient caring understanding and has the expertise. I was not an easy client, in the sense I was not exactly sure what I was looking for and Kristy didnt get discouraged nor did I feel pushed aside for a more sure thing. Definitely recommend and would call Team Gitzlaff

ZillowVERIFIED Sean is very professional and made the selling experience very easy. House was listed on a Friday and 2 offers were completed by Sunday afternoon, just two days. House was listed on the higher side of the comps and full asking price was received. Sean had a photographer take beautiful pictures of the exterior and interior which really helped showcase the property. Sean gave us a few tips on how to make the house turnkey model ready which really worked well. The appointment App is really great as you are always notified of showings, inspections and appointments. Sean walked us through the pros and cons of both offers so we understood the best course of action for us. The timing of the closing was spot on. Sean and his administrative team made the closing process very easy, much easier than I expected with no hidden surprises. Everyone we worked with had great follow through, very timely and very pleasant. First rate organization I must say.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean is hands down the most genuine, honest and hardest working real estate agent I have ever worked with. He was patient with me while trying to find my perfect home! He looked at every detail of each house to tell me what he saw as potential issues. He even gave me names of people to help fix those issues if I bought the house!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our condo and bought a house, we were very lucky that we ended up working with Kristy Gitzlaff. Kristy is a through professional, polite and passionate person to work with. Throughout the process she was honest, helpful, and was always there to give us advice and provide guidance. Kristy walked us through the whole process of selling and buying step by step she even provided a list of things to do for us. We think that having Kristy as our realtor was the most important thing in process. Kristy understood our needs, she worked with us, guided us and helped us in the process. One important point for us was that Kristy always returned our phone call in a timely manner. She returned our text massages promptly which was always very pleasing and assuring.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was amazing to work with. He was honest, responsive and helpful during the complete process of preparing our home for listing, showing our home, selling our home and in our new home search/purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and explained what we should expect through the whole process of selling and buying. We don't plan to leave our new home any time soon, but if we do decide to move, Sean and Kristy will be our first call!

Sean did an excellent job in communicating with me throughout the process minimizing my trips back to Wisconsin. I was very pleased with Sean throughout the entire time and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED When we had a job relocation and had to sell our house, Sean worked with us, even as we had to move before we got the place on the market. He was very professional and responsive. Sean was very knowledgable of the area and had people we could call and use to get the few things we needed done taken care of, especially since we were trying to sell from a distance and only traveling back on weekends to work on things before we got it on the market. Sean was always available for questions, to let a handyman in to do work or to check on the place for us. He really was helpful beyond any previous realtors we have worked with. We would definitely recommend working with Sean in selling or buying a house. He listened and gave very useful and constructive advice.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently moved to the area from Dallas, TX. We were completely unfamiliar with anything in the Kenosha/Racine area. I found Sean through an app that recommends expert realtors - and they were correct. Sean helped us learn the area, answered so many questions for us and is (still to this day) a great local resource. We needed a Roofer, a Kitchen design center and lots of other things and Sean's recommendations have been excellent. We very much enjoyed working with him and his team and would highly recommend Sean and Kristy to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED In thee hottest market we listed our home for sale with Sean and Kristy. We did not have a timeline to sell but we were ready. We sold our home quickly and began the process of buying with them as well. In a competitive market we were able to see homes the moment they were listed and if we could not get out to see it Sean assured us we would not like them or we needed to get in and made it happen quickly. Sean never tired of our endless texts or emails. Early morning or late at night we always received a response. You can choose anyone to help you during the biggest decision of your life. But for someone who really listens and understands what your family needs, you have to go with someone that has chosen to make this not just their job but their career. We could have not asked for a more skilled, professional. Call Sean or Kristy today and make your next MOVE!

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time buyer with very little knowledge. Sean not only made sure to answer any questions I may have had but he also took the extra time to make sure I was making a decision that was best for me. Sean and Kristy are two of the hardest working people in the business. They treat you like family and only show you places that they would be willing to invest in. I would highly reccomend either Sean or Kristy if and when you are ready to buy or sell; they are the first people I call! Sean didn't just find me a house, he found me a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Sean mostly and he was great. We had a very specific type of house we were looking for and were only "window shopping" at the time. He kept us in mind as homes came on the market and months later out of the blue we heard from him again bringing our attention to a listing that he thought would match our needs. I was very impressed that he remembered us and our situation months later and we ultimately purchased the home. He made the entire process painless and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
