Given the broadly higher home values in the Evergreen market, our first choice in representation was LIV Sotheby's International Realty. To be cautious, we interviewed several firms, but once we met the Heather Graham and Sean Endsley team at Sotheby's, it was a very easy decision for us. We worked with both individuals and found their hands-on and detailed approach to selling homes was perfect for us.
