My wife and I recently sold our home in Evergreen, Colorado. As we started the sale process, we initially selected our desired brokerage relationship based upon name recognition associated with the firm. Given the broadly higher home values in the Evergreen market, our first choice in representation was LIV Sotheby's International Realty.
