ZillowVERIFIED Total PEACE OF MIND! Sean expertly guided us through the sale of our home in Forest Lake, MN while we were out of state. Before we left, he helped us make decisions in preparing the house for sale, did deep research on comps, etc. to assist us regarding sales price, handled the HOA, and managed all the paperwork. Then we moved out of state and left it in his capable hands. When you work with Sean, he brings with him a team of wonderful, talented people you can trust. He coordinated and oversaw everything from house cleaning, photography, and unexpected repairs, to marketing and financials. An offer came quickly, but it was challenging, with a lot of negotiation back and forth. Sean's knowledge and consultation were brilliant. He knows how to get a deal done in our best interests. He is beyond responsive, communicates constantly every step of the way, and he's on top of the tiniest of details. It was a smooth, hassle-free, and pleasant process! Sean was available every day I had questions or concerns. I was really impressed with his knowledge and attention to the specifics of my purchase; knowing I was not his only client.A co-worker and friend recommended Sean Ecklin to me, and I was not disappointed. My first meeting with Sean was very comfortable at the Edina Realty office in White Bear Lake. We sat and talked briefly about the process, and the fees. This was my first house purchase; so the step by step outline was very comforting. Sean told me about himself, and his company. We discussed the market, and what I was looking for. Sean encouraged me to feel comfortable finding a realtor that fit me whether that was him or someone else. When I was ready, and made my final decision accepting his services, the paperwork was quick and painless. That very night I had access to his MLS search, which was customized specifically for me. I received daily updates, and 24 hour access so I could be in the first group to see any property I wanted. We began going to showings within days, and if I was ready Sean would have set them up for times that worked within my schedule. Sean also made sure to set realistic expectations on how long I could wait to see a property, or how many I could see in a day.Sean really made the whole process painless for me. I would email, call, text, any communication method I felt like, and within a day or two we had a showing. After a few showings Sean began to really see what interested me and what didnt. He helped me see some things I would not have paid attention to. He recommended a property, and I agreed to setting up a showing. Within minutes of being at the property I knew I was putting in an offer. Sean and I discussed the offer, and the process from there.After the offer was accepted; Sean guided me through every step. From shopping and picking a lender, to help with an inspector, an amendment to the purchase agreement after the inspection, all the way through closing. Anytime I didnt have a specific vendor in mind he had a referral for me. People he clearly had worked with before, and was comfortable with. This really helped me get through each step quickly and successfully. Regardless of who I chose to work with; Sean made the process easy. If I ever needed him to reach out to someone he confirmed what was going on, and then acted on it.After closing Sean has been there to be a go-between when the sellers or I needed to communicate. This attention to detail upon completion of the deal has really impressed me.If/when I am shopping for real estate again Sean Ecklin is my first, and likely only stop!
