Sean made selling my house on the lake super simple. Having one of the biggest and possibly odd homes on the lake had me concerned about finding a buyer. Sean knows the community so well, he found the right buyers in no time at all. He told me exactly what I needed to do to prepare my house for showing. After appraisal inspection, Sean had someone out to repair some boards needing attention immediately. It was so nice not to worry about finding someone to do the work . He had my house closed in approximately 30 days from day of accepted offer. Sean even took care of the closing for me so I didn't have to make long drive from Illinois. Sean is the only agent I would use for buying or selling.
