ZillowVERIFIED We closed on our deal with Sean yesterday and there aren't enough ways to say THANK YOU for all he's done for us. We initially started by looking at homes with Sean. Every time I sent him a home I was interested in, we had an appointment to go see it that same day. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, matched our sense of urgency and more than anything he listened and he CARED. When we couldn't find what we were looking for on the market Sean seamlessly shifted gears and helped us find the perfect land and a builder so we could watch our dreams being built from the ground up. At one point we took a family vacation during this process and Sean went above and beyond completing tasks for us that were well beyond his scope of duty as a realtor just so we could enjoy our family time and not have to worry about missing deadlines with our lender. Furthermore, he called to check in with us while he was on vacation himself, to see if there was anything we needed of him. Sean happily goes out of his way to make sure his clients are informed, respected and happy. His service to us was invaluable and we walk away from this 6 month long journey with not just the best realtor in Indy on our side, but feeling like we've found a new friend who shares our core values of honesty, integrity, hard work, and keeping family at the center of it all. When I didnt know exactly what I wanted in a house I was able to explain to Sean in little detail and he was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Sean went out of his way more than just a few times to make sure I was comfortable with anything and everything during this house buying adventure. In my opinion, Sean Daniels is the best realtor in the state of Indiana and is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. ZillowVERIFIED I was lucky have known Sean when he worked at Ray Skilman as a service advisor. And if you dont know Sean he could sell sand to a beach. With that said I seen Seans post on Facebook that he was getting into the real estate game and sent him a message. This was around 8:30pm and around 8:45 pm same night he called me. We meet the next day on a Tuesday and my house went off for sell on Friday and sold that Monday. Then the next day we wrote an offer for my new house and if you know what its like to be working both ends of a sell and a buy than you should know Sean is the only one you want doing it for you. We closed on both houses a day apart. The best part was it was stress free except working with my wife on what should be kept and thrown away. My wife believes new house needs everything new. Log story short Sean Daniels is your only choice.
