I actually met Sean after we purchased our first home in Salem and honestly wished we had him representing us back then. He's always been a great resource of the market and provide me with great insight and feedback while I was getting ready to rent out one of units. I finally had a chance to work with Sean in acquiring another investment property and Sean was AWESOME. He was on top of everything, showing me great properties, helping keep me in check from doing anything stupid but really just being a great adviser/sounding board. He was very careful setting up showings, and was attentive to OUR needs, never showing an eagerness just to get to his commission. We really appreciated his concern for our needs. If you want a trusted, motivated and hard working agent, then you want someone like Sean Connelly. Sean is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and gave us wise counsel through out the process. He has a tremendous grasp of the market and a few times sat down with us and patiently explained and presented the latest market analysis of the area and answered any questions we had. I never got the feeling or impression that he wanted to brush me off by not answering my questions or not having enough time for me. He always promptly responded to our phone calls, emails and texts. Also, with every showing, he got us a feedback from the buyer's agent, so we were in the loop. All in all, our experience at each phase of the sales effort were accomplished with a high degree of competence and integrity and that's what everybody wants from their Real Estate agent. ZillowVERIFIED Sean proved to be an excellent realtor. Sean and his team did a great job getting us and our house ready to sell. He has an excellent photographer he works with. The pictures of our home were so professional looking, I almost didn't want to move. Sean was diligent in his marketing so in a short time we had a buyer and we were able to start looking for a new home. Sean responded quickly with either a call or email and offered sound advice to any issues or questions. Sean also has a catalog of professionals from the photographer to the home inspector to a home stager to mortgage consultants that he could provide if needed. A step-by-step write up on what to expect during the selling/buying process was provided. We found this very helpful and reassuring. With all the buying/selling information available today, Sean's help was invaluable throughout the process. Even though I had read a lot about the selling and buying process, it's been a long time since we bought and sold and Sean's help was so needed, very much appreciated when we found a buyer and found our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED WOW, What can I say about Sean. At first I was reluctant to use a broker in Marblehead because my home was in Lynn. But he came so highly recommended I figured I would sit down and speak with him. First he put together an extensive market analysis for my home, then went over all the pro's & con's about the home with me, then showed me a lot of comparable homes like mine that sold recently in the area given the size, condition & amount of rooms. He then told me what he thought the home would sell for which was a little bit more then I thought but explained why and how. He had two options for me to think about. 1. List the home at market value and wait for people to come and look like all the other homes and then have an offer less the list price because that's how everyone does it, then negotiate back and forth as the days on the market go up. And my 2nd option was a bit unconventional it had me thinking. I didn't decide right away because I had a few things to do to the home that he suggested to make it more appealing, all very good ideas that I would never had thought of and hardly any cost. As I did these miner things I saw the other homes that were on the market prices drop just from being on the market for over 30 days. So I decided to go with Sean's suggestion, option 2. The house went on the MLS Wednesday morning had 5 showings Wednesday night, two people came back Thursday morning with there spouses and started a bidding war. I excepted an offer Thursday night for 3,100.00 more then the market value from option 1. without the waiting for buyers to come one at a time and negotiating the price. I was in SHOCK, he was right and proved it. The best part was the buyer was pre-approved and was able to closed in 30 days AGAIN SHOCKED. I could not imagine buying my next home without this guy. So Ill end this with, WOW, what can I say about Sean.
