I had hired another real estate company to assist with the sell and the property management aspect of the home. Several years went by and our home did not sell. Upon my return to San Antonio on a vacation I found out the truth of why our home was not selling. We had been taken advantage of, misrepresented, and scammed! I found Sean and called him desperate for someone who was honest, professional, and ready for a challenge. Sean and his team were so amazing! ZillowVERIFIED If you're desperately trying to do a short sale, you're going to want to hear this recommendation of a professional realtor. Sean Conaway was my realtor and he has done what others would not even touch. Selling a house is a challenge in itself, but a short sale is a complete nightmare and all realtors know this. In a short sale, the seller, buyer, and most important, the BANK must agree to all the terms associated with the sale. The amount of red tape and submission of detailed paperwork just to have it constantly rejected by the bank or the buyer can scare many realtors away. Sean Conaway was more than up to the challenge. He made it happen. He went above and beyond as a realtor. He came in with a plan of action, maintained communication, and followed through. We had many obstacles that hindered the process with most of the problem buyers backing out, but in the end, it was his persistence and dedication to the challenge that prevailed. Because of the success of this short sale, my family and I can walk away debt free from our bank.Now I have a second chance to restore our credit and a better chance for a home purchase at a second time around. We went on the internet and contacted Sean Conaway on Monday and asked if he could show us homes that weekend because we would be down there. He sent us homes matching our criteria and we sent him a list back. He set up all the resales on Friday and introduced us to his lovely wife and partner Dorothy at dinner. Then all day Saturday we went and looked at new construction homes. We were comfortable in our small two-bedroom condo until the birth of our triplets. We were still fine for a while with all three babies in one room, but once they became toddlers, one room was grossly inadequate and small children need a safe outdoor space. We needed a larger home with a yard and fast! Sean had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations.
