ZillowVERIFIEDPrior to selling our home we interviewed several realtors and were not impressed with their approach to selling our home. Based on a friend's recommendation we contacted Sean. Our first encounter led us to partner with him as he came prepared with an assessment of our market area, review of our home and an aggressive attitude to obtain the best outcome for us. What we also received with Sean was a team approach from staging advice, quality marketing materials, and a strategy to market our home. Additionally, there was the opportunity to engage with a moving firm for storage and transportation of our homegoods to our new location. Sean is simply the best at what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was great during our recent purchase/closing for our Deep Creek property. He was wonderful to use. He was on top of the seller, the bank and title company for us. Very resourceful. Would absolutely contact Sean in the future for needs in the deep creek area.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of listing and selling our home. He and the Northrop team provided us with information and tools to be highly effective in a competitive market. He also helped us navigate several challenges due to an unexpected personal issue. While we were out of town, we appreciated Sean going above and beyond to stage our home so the showings and open houses would be successful. He helped us to weigh the pros and cons of the offers we received, and ultimately to choose the best one for us. The process Sean uses is highly effective, and we have recommended him to several of our neighbors.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean showed expertise in our area as well as the surrounding market. He was able to market our house higher then past sales. He was very responsive to our needs and went out of his way to take care of open houses and showings while we dealt will an unexpected death in the family. While the selling process took longer than we have experienced or expected, Sean continued to market our house and got us our asking price.I would recommend and use Sean's services again.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to buy our first home together, my husband and I knew we needed an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. We found Sean through an internet search. We checked multiple sites and he had amazing reviews on every single one of them! When we began our home search with Sean, Covid was just beginning. This came with its own challenges but Sean helped us navigate every single one we encountered. He went above and beyond what we had expected! He was not pushy in any way and truly listened to everything we said throughout the entire process. It was clear his goal was to help us find our dream home and not just gain another sale. My husband and I have already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Sean is far and above one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of contracting with. He understands micro market segmentation strategies which was invaluable in selling in a place like Brunswick Crossing. Sean and his team really work the market, bringing in potential buyers from all areas of the DC and Baltimore districts. Other agents in the area sit back and wait and wait for prospects to show up. Sean simply goes out and gets them. The marketing materials are superb. You can't see and read one and not want to visit the home at one's earliest opportunity. In short, Sean''s methods create a sense of urgency for the buyers that yields spectacular results. My home in Brunswick Crossing was under contract in 2 1/2 weeks in the dead of winter under Sean''s leadership. Now that is why Sean has earned 5 stars and is a sales superstar in my book.

ZillowVERIFIED Despite buying a cheap investment property to start off with, Sean took the time to explain the process thoroughly, answer many questions, give expert advice and recommendations as if it were a large, expensive property. He also used his knowledge dealing with bank-owned properties to me some money during the inspection process! This type of service is definitely appreciated and I look forward to working with Sean on many more deals to come. I would recommend Sean to any family or friends who are looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED We decided to sell our home at the beginning of November which is not always the best time to sell. Sean responded immediately and came by right away to see the house and give us advice on what to do. The very next day Sean had a professional photographer out and had the house on the market right away. Sean used his expertise in marketing our property through social media and it was very effective. We had hundreds looking at our property daily online and multiple showings. We ended up getting higher than our asking price and because we went with Sean as our agent, we sold our house for way more than we thought we would get and had a contract within one week. We have bought and sold multiple homes and dealt with many agents over the years. Sean is the most professional and effective at his job. I would highly recommend him if you want to get more money in your pocket and quicker turn around.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred by a neighbor who had a positive selling experience. We too had an excellent experience. We got a contract to buy in a cold winter! They ended up renting until an early Spring closing. Moving out of state was stressful but Sean made the experience easier with handling this. His company offered either renting or selling. We ended up doung both. We could not have done it without Sean. He handled any concern professionally and timely. It was a win. We would gladly work with him again if the need arose. I have referred him to friends already. I highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was amazing throughout the entire process. This was our first home to sell and he was extremely helpful with all the nuisances associated with the sell. We were able to get a full list offer our 2nd day on the market, in a very cold market, and one of the highest resale prices in the community! We highly recommend Sean!!

Sean was able to answer my many questions about the process of selling, typical costs, and expectations. I never had to wait for an answer. Our house sold at what we asked with only minor concessions after negotiations. He goes above and beyond to make sure of ethical and pleasant transactoon.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home of almost 20 years with Sean and did not have much of an idea how the process worked since it had been so long since we sold a home. Sean took great care of us, he hired a professional photographer to take wonderful pictures of our home and listed our house on all the prominent sites, We had great response ! Sean guided us through the process and advised us as to what was in our best interest. We spoke to other realtors before choosing Sean and they wanted to list our home at a lower price than we thought it was worth. Sean listed our house at what we thought it should have been listed at and we got almost our full asking price. Had we chosen the other realtors we would have lost a lot of money. We would highly recommend Sean.

I absolutely recommend Sean to anyone buying in the Frederick area.
